Oh my goodness. The food here reminds me of my grandma’s and mother’s cooking! Wonderful! The food is great, the employees (including the littles) are very friendly and they make sure you have everything you need. I’ve had fish, fried pork chops, fried chicken, hamburger steak, dressing, gumbo and more and enjoyed everything! They have a buffet at lunch and there are several items to choose from. Great food but have to beg to get waiter to bring ice tea both times we have eaten there. Don't mind leaving a good tip for good service, but when food is self service, all that is left for waiter to do is bring tea.
The fish is good, the boiled are shrimp are good; but other foods and especially the sides in my opinion lack optimal flavor.
