The sodas and tea at this local sonic taste really bad ...it's every time we go..we actually rarely ever get their drinks because of the awful taste, it must be the water supply going into these sodas and teas.

This sonic has got to the dogs went yesterday waited 45 minutes and never got my food after calling in two different times called in the third time and told them to just cancel my order I would go somewhere where I could get my food in a timely manner. If it don't change people will stop going there.

Food was very good burger made neat w exception of meat was not very hot but was cooked well not pink or I woulda given a five star. Onion rings were perfect. Order taker spoke clearly and very polite as well as the young lady who brought my food. Kudos to night staff oct. 17 at 9:00 pm oh at place was super clean

I ordered on the app ahead of time and then parked in a stall. I waited over 23 minutes from the time I got there to get my meal. I had to call them several times and then finally had to catch a car hop in the parking lot and ask her to check on my meal for me. It was only 1 combo meal and 2 shakes. It was not a large order. This is completely unacceptable. I have waited less time at dine-in restaurants! When they did bring the meal, the fries were half full, and the burger was so sloppy with garlic sauce dripping all over it and I to the foil wrapper to the point where it was gross. The only thing that turned out good was the shakes. The shakes at Sonic seem to be consistently good.
Overall, this was an extremely disappointing experience.
