Best Fried chicken franchise in the South in MY opinion. Always seasoned right with enough spice, and priced just right. Highly recommend this one in Farmerville, LA and the one in EL Dorado, AR.

The service was absolutely horrible. Then they gave me the wrong drink. Then when I opened my food. They didn't even give me all my food that I ordered. The food I did get It was not hot either

6/27 at 9:40pm. Came up to the drive through to order a family pack. Was told they don't have enough chicken for the size order I placed (16 dark). I thought that was kinda odd, so I asked if they were out of chicken. She said they didn't have enough time to cook the chicken since they closed at 10. It doesn't take 20min to fry chicken, and I'm pretty sure company policy is to freshly cook your customer's food even if they show up at 9:59. I'm severely disappointed and was incredibly aggravated that I couldn't order food for my family. There was very poor management this evening.
