Good atmosphere and great food

When I walked in I didn’t feel like I was invited, it felt as if I was being judged by my every move. The price was good but the food that was ordered was salty. The person that took my order was very pushy and didn’t give me time to really decide what I wanted.

I guess I'm just partial to the place. Have moved back to the area after 20+ years and it's just as great as ever. My comfort foods. Please try the cheeseburger. May sound a but mundane, but the taste is just there for me, hand made and smokey old fashioned taste that no fast food place can duplicate.

Very disappointed tonight. From out of town but used to love Big Johns. Around the world had no olive salad & too much mayo. Ribs were literally the size of my thumb just a little longer. Hope this was just a one time problem, but not sure we would go back

We came to eat here we live out of state the service was horrible she was on the phone the whole time we was trying to order the food wasn't done the fish was horrible the bbq was dry and gross we paid 70 just to throw the food away it was so bad I'm not sure if it was just the people working or what but if I could give it zero I would. Just nasty

The Place was dirty. I was skeptical about eating here but I've always seen a lot of people here but it was okay. I wouldn't recommend it. The ribs were hard and chewy The coleslaw was okay. First time trying sweet potato stuff. That was good
