Big John's Bar-B-Que

Very disappointed tonight. From out of town but used to love Big Johns. Around the world had no olive salad & too much mayo. Ribs were literally the size of my thumb just a little longer. Hope this was just a one time problem, but not sure we would go back

It tasted burnt. The gravy I mean. The meat was soft and delicious if I didn't have burnt gravy with it. It left a char in my mouth. Maybe just fix the gravy. Don't get me wrong I like char on my meat but not nasty gravy

Overall, good food and I would go back. The lady taking my order could have been nicer. Seems like she doesn’t like her job and was very short with answers. The brisket was very fatty. Sausage, potato salad and baked beans were very good. Cash or check only. No debit or credit cards. This is definitely an issue in itself.

Hadn't been there for awhile. Food was excellent and service was great! They don't take debit cards so be sure to have cash.

Big John used to be the place I would go to eat. When I came into town. I attempted to place an order over the phone. The employees were telling everyone they weren't taking orders over the phone. So, I went in just to be told they are out of everything. Only item they are serving are hamburgers on the menu. The restaurant was very filthy. I don't know how they would pass a health inspection. Take pride in what you do. Wouldn't encourage anyone to eat there
