The food is delicious and prepared daily. The teas in the cooler are like tasty magic pick-me-ups. So many useful herbal remedies that make great gifts. One of my favorite spots!

An amazing place with amazing people
Amazing food and the most amazing staff EVER to grace food serivce. These people are worth supporting and I have yet to have bad food or a bad experience in any way. Healthy and delicious, everything Kelly touches turns to awesome
Not only are the prepared meals delicious, but the daily specials are very good too. I am looking forward to taking the classes offered by an herbalist. The massages are excellent. I hesitated to mention how good they are because I don’t want Kelly to get too booked up. It is so nice to have a place in Folsom that stresses a healthy a life style.
Amazing shrimp tacos!!! All the food I’ve had has been good. Glad to have another option in Folsom.
