Have cash on hand an ice cream truck and a shaved ice truck come by from time to time. If conducting line haul operations I suggest bringing a source of shade, even a poncho and some 550 chord. Ramps back up quickly, if you can make contact with your commercial drivers and they carry their own ramps try to load and unload outside the yard and free up the ramps for tucks that do not carry ramps.
