Considering this is probably one of the most successful pizza huts in the US, you would think they could add a monitor that displays and calls the order number inside and outside the building for the thousands of soldiers that go everyday. Also get them employees some neck cooling fans or something to help keep them cool, the ac can’t keep up.

I ordered over the phone and paid . When I got to the place, there was a long line and they made me wait in the long line even though I already paid and ordered what since does that make all you’re doing is handing me my food and I’m walking out and half of the workers in there doesent know what they’re talking about

Pricing is absurd, practically criminal abuse of young soldiers. Order on the app and pick up, the online pricing is significantly better than in store

Ordered some wings, fries, and cinnamon rolls.

Wings had little to no sauce, had a handful of fries and the cinnamon rolls had no glaze. On top of not receiving the ranch and blue cheese.

Let me give some background. They sell a medium pizza for about $22. So I came here for the promotion of a large 3 topping pizza for 11.99. The cashier told me that they are running out of toppings and wanted to conserve what they had no issue but since I came for the three topping promotion I was thinking you can still give me the deal and just give me one topping. Seems reasonable? No they told me they can’t honor the deal and wouldn’t reach an agreement with me. Overall not a good place but does make a lot of money due to the soldiers and the monopoly of food in the area. Please avoid this place and its inflated prices.

Permanently has the online ordering "temporarily unavailable" and price hiking all the food for service members. Can't even order through the Uber app.

Tried to order a melt, was told by the cashier, Lindsay, that I couldn't get one because "we don't want to make it". They gouge on prices and take advantage of our service members.

Good pizza. Can't order carryout online due to "temporarily unavailable" for the last 3 days. Have to call the store for delivery. If they don't answer, the pizza hut center has no idea how to process the order for the barracks. They also decide when or if they want to do a deal from their website. I ordered it in person 2 days ago, but now can't order it as a deal. I was made to pay full price.

The most overpriced pizza I've ever bought, crazy price

I ordered 2 medium pizzas( 1 meatlover and 1 pep/mushrooms), and a chocolate chip pizza for carry today from Heidi. I didn't check the order before I left and walked back to the barracks. When I opened the box I realized I didn't have mushrooms on the pizza. I called back and the manager made me another pizza and delivered to the barracks. My experience while ordering the pizza was great as Heidi was professional. The manager handled my issue professionally and swiftly. Although this was my mistake for not checking the pizza this is was great customer service is about!

Trash!!! Poor quality food. Prepares the wings with little sauce. Gave me the wrong order. I come back and ask Connor, the cashier, if he was going to throw the meal away that I brought back. He said no then proceeded to walk to the back and toss the food in the trash right in front of me. Rude, has no customer service.
