My son wanted to try his first cold brew today! The baristas and the cashier were the sweetest ladies ever. They were so kind to him, & made him the best drink. It made his day. I don’t remember their names, but they are the kindest ladies ever. I am so grateful 🙏

The fact that we wanted light ice in our matcha latte, and someone decided not to give us full cups. If this was an error.. it was the optic. You're already extremely overpriced and no employee is paying out of their own pocket. Why wouldn't you want to give us a full cup and satisfaction?

The recent reviews for this place are inconsistent. Either really good or awful. I can say when we visited, inventory was plentiful, the space, although a bit aging, was clean. Restroom same. The employees who were sufficient in number were very polite. Service was very quick. Employees seemed happy and were engaging. 0f course it's a Dunkin Donuts so the food isn't gormet but it was what we expect from Dunkin Donuts. We had a couple of cold brew coffees and some random donuts and turnovers which were all fine. Its hard to make a living in a job here so I give these employees grace and 5 stars. It's a hard job and they're doing their best.

The wait time is too long. The orders are always wrong. They’re never consistent on the drinks that they make because I go there almost every day in order the same thing and every time it taste different and the staff is really rude. Overall has to be the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to in my entire life.

Pretty. Good environment i honestly feel bad for the workers they get shit customers but then again most of soldiers are pissy cause there spouses are cheating on them with the new privates or officers (lolz) jk(maybe) ...they always have what I want and do it to perfection never had any problems with the staff very friendly. Plus i think the girl at window is drop dead gorgeous so pretty good reason to keep going...
P.s most of yall are in ABCP maybe you shouldn't be eating at dunkins especially if score less that a 500 on your acft...
Other then that pretty good service amazing stafd keep up the good work I know what it's like to work in customer service we are all trying to make a living and get by these difficult times so to the staff keep your heads up your doing fine..

Orders two coffees at the drive through during a pretty decent rain storm. Rolled my window up to keep the rain out of my truck while paying. The cashier made multiple comments about it. Most people don’t want water in their vehicles. Horrible customer service. She was obviously aggravated, handed me the drinks without saying a word and closed the window. Any other Dunkin in the country is better than this one. Don’t recommend.
