Pizza Hut in Fort Polk South

“12/15/24 - just want to write a review for the team working today. Pizza was great, fluffy crust, wings were hot during delivery, and the driver was courteous even though I always select contactless. I appreciate his (older gentlemen) diligence and service.

Wrote this because the crust is flat in their stuffed crust option usually; but today’s triple treat box pizza was great.“

“I ordered 2 medium pizzas( 1 meatlover and 1 pep/mushrooms), and a chocolate chip pizza for carry today from Heidi. I didn't check the order before I left and walked back to the barracks. When I opened the box I realized I didn't have mushrooms on the pizza. I called back and the manager made me another pizza and delivered to the barracks. My experience while ordering the pizza was great as Heidi was professional. The manager handled my issue professionally and swiftly. Although this was my mistake for not checking the pizza this is was great customer service is about!“
