Franklin location is giving the Lafayette location a run for the money. When there with 3 other family members and only one person was inside and the customer service was top notch. The receipt shows server alvontrya j the food was cooked better than places with multiple people assisting and can out faster. I didn’t even have to call in ahead of time and it was still fresh food with fast service. Good job KOK Franklin

This place kicks out the wings. As an Independent Contractor, I am here regularly for deliveries and they are very consistent on their time frames and quality of product. The staff are solid people who open up as long as you treat them professionally.I enjoy my visits here and my impression is that the surrounding community wholeheartedly supports this newer establishment in Franklin.

Best fries but alot of my wings were over done. I called many many times to order and NO ONE would answer the phone. I called the day before too and no one answered. When I picked up my order they had very LOUD boom music playing. NOT appropriate for a business.

First and last time customer here. I called and ordered a 10pc w/loaded fries at 8pm and finally received my order at 8:45. My wings are really undercooked (how?) and my fries are naked and cold. Now I'm finishing the cooking of my food in the oven. I called back. To give them a chance to fix rectify but no answer. Sooo disappointed.KOK, stop making it hard to support my own! Hungry people, don't believe the hype!
