I have NEVEERRR had Mexican food soooo bad as this place is we ordered the steak burritos and we got a flour tortilla with the toughest meat in it and nothing else no onion no bell peppers nothing and we were told we order the wrong thing we left the so called mess on the table and got charged 30 dollars for what tasted like road kill wrapped in a tortilla we will NEVER go back if I could’ve gave less than a one star I would’ve for good Mexican food go to Yoyo’s in bogalusa you won’t get the wrong food trust me never have I had anything so pitiful from a restaurant

Bad experience... Took 45-60 minutes to get food, all 3 meals finally served were cold, my sopa shells were hard as rocks.

Love me some Don Juans! When I first moved (back) to franklinton I was hesitant on restaurant choices... I used to live in the city so options were vastly different. But I absolutely love Don Juans and it's now our go to for eating out while staying in town.

I order my lunch here at least once a wk. today I wanted just 2 chicken enchiladas w/cheese cause. Was told it comes with chips and salsa. I go pick up my food and the young lady takes the chips n salsa out of my bag and tells me it does come with it. If u want them I can charge u for them. Very disappointed, not that I had to pay extra for chips and salsa but that I was told it comes with it. Should had honored what I was told and let me know for next time that it doesn’t come with my food!! Poor service today ;(
