Not your ordinary corner store. Has all kinds of 'cajun' meats and anything else you won't find most places . We live close by so is a quick drive. Even tried cracklin for the first time. It was great.
The boudin balls were off the chain, simply fantastic. The different types of boudin were good also . The meat choices were interesting to say the least. So if you find yourself on hwy 16 and hwy 450 stop by and give them a try .
Everything I tried from there was great. I ate the Boudin Pepperjack Eggrolls, Boudin Balls, Chicken Cracklins, & Pork Gratons all tasted Authentic Cajun flavor... Definitely stopping Everytime I pass through from now on... They also have plate lunches. I will be trying one next time...
