Went to the drive thru today. The girl on the speaker told me to wait to order. There were no other cars in front of me. Several minutes go by and I ask my daughter if there was somewhere else she would rather eat. Im assuming the girl heard us and immediately asked if she could take our order. We ordered 2 tacos, cinna twists, and a drink. We get to the window and we pay. She hands us the drink and tells me to pull around and park. I asked her if we could just wait at the window for our food since there was no cars behind us and it was in the shade. She said no because she was being timed. I parked and went inside. It took over 10 minutes to get my tacos. There was nobody in the restaurant either. Im Assuming they are working on online orders. Ten minutes later I get my 2 tacos. I asked for hot sauce and she rudely told me to get it myself over on the other counter.
I told her next time they tell me to park so it looks like they are doing their job in a timely manner I won't. I think their bosses need to know there service time is not accurate and they definitely are not friendly. Not to mention there were other employees standing around doing absolutely nothing and no other customers inside or at drive thru.

Absolutely my favorite restaurant I'm easy to impress when it comes to Taco Bell probably one of the only restaurants that can mess up my order and I'll still eat it without complaining

Even though the door said they were open till Midnight, the employees including the manager said they were not. I was trying to door dash and had two pick ups between 10pm and 11:30pm. 10pm I went through the drive thru, no one answered. I could see what appeared to be the manager sitting inside. Knocked on the window. Than tried the front door. It was unlocked. So I walked in, there were 3 employees all said the lobby was closed. I explained I had a pick up through door dash. They made the pick up. I delivered it, than my next order was for them. I tried the drive thru again at 11:30pm. No one answered, so I drove to the window, honked, knocked, no one came to the window until 11:50pm they said they were closed and that I had to cancel the door dash order.

I went today about 8:00pm mind you they don't close until midnight and as we start placing our order we ask for 8 soft shell and 8 hard shell and the man on the mic proceeded too tell me " we don't have enough meat for all that" isn't that the job you get paid for?? Not coming back anytime soon
It always seems like when I get in the habit of eating something from here, it's no longer available unless I use the app. I haven't been in about a month or so because what I ordered in drive-thru I was told I have to use the app if I want it. Which doesn't make sense to me, usually if something has been pulled from the menu, it's not there, but it seems like they should've just told me that it was discontinued, because I was mad for days over it (mainly when I would pass by.) Taco Bell needs to bring back the Quesarito because it was the best thing on the menu.
Bought tacos and the amount of meat was basically as thick as a pencil. After eating 2, I went to counter" Where's the beef". She had to ask to get permission to add meat...geeezzz !! Wonder why giving up on fast food..
