I went today about 8:00pm mind you they don't close until midnight and as we start placing our order we ask for 8 soft shell and 8 hard shell and the man on the mic proceeded too tell me " we don't have enough meat for all that" isn't that the job you get paid for?? Not coming back anytime soon

It always seems like when I get in the habit of eating something from here, it's no longer available unless I use the app. I haven't been in about a month or so because what I ordered in drive-thru I was told I have to use the app if I want it. Which doesn't make sense to me, usually if something has been pulled from the menu, it's not there, but it seems like they should've just told me that it was discontinued, because I was mad for days over it (mainly when I would pass by.) Taco Bell needs to bring back the Quesarito because it was the best thing on the menu.
Bought tacos and the amount of meat was basically as thick as a pencil. After eating 2, I went to counter" Where's the beef". She had to ask to get permission to add meat...geeezzz !! Wonder why giving up on fast food..

I always ask for no sour cream and they always add it instead. They simply can not subtract is my view . if they could follow orders it would save them money twice. Once on the cost of the omitted product. Then again on the replacements of the orders. Uggggggggl

Night shift is a joke. Manager Britney took 20 to manually enter each item of a $50 order individually by hand after waiting for 30 minutes for no food. 2nd visit tonight was till at drive thru that it was the middle of a shift change (10:00 pm) and to come back in 15 mon if we wanted to order. Repeated 3 times over the next 30 min along with th other 7 cars in the parking lot that keep making the loop. Ordered in app only to ne told that of the they didn't have Ingredients ro able my order. Literally missing a key ingredient required for each of the 5 types of items totaling over $40. Told to cancel in app which says it will take 3-4 business days to be refunded to me. We wasted 50 min again!! Will be addressing with the out of town owners Mondy morning. This is ridiculous
