Every time I have visited this establishment I have always received excellent service. Even using Door Dash. I always receive the correct order as well as my condiments and napkins. They even throw in a cute little crown for my granddaughter. They are a great place to eat fast food inside the base. Only once was there an issue with the drive thru being contested but that was peak dinner rush hours so that was understandable.

Super nice window lady. But I didn’t get all that I paid for. It was probably my fault for leaving the parking lot without verifying. Trust but verify. P.s. please bring back the brisket burger?!

African American woman that “helped” me was very snotty and rude, and should be kept away from the customers or flat out fired. Also, why does this facility tend to close 20-30 minutes early??? Gas isn’t free.

Today is march 2 at 3:27 just got a chicken sandwich. Chicken is old and gross bread is so burned it tasted like charcoal spen $9 on a meal to eat that. Seriously ? Why would they think it is okay to send that out ?

Drive thru drive thru, two sisters were talking at the same time. I couldn’t understand a word they were saying. They were talking at the same time. I gave them my order three times and decide to go to the window. I repeated the order and when I got home the order was completely wrong. This is the worst Burger Ling I have ever experienced. The manager should be fired for hiring those two worthless clowns trying to take orders. Better yet, if that’s the best service they can offer, they should close the place.

The food was fresh but the man at the window said he couldn’t take my coupon because I didn’t specify that at the window? Kinda odd but I didn’t fuss about it because I used to work in the industry to lol but it sounds like he made up his own rule basically saying he couldn’t take it because it would mess up their times by adding 2 to 3 more minutes at the window??you never ever tell a customer that but hey right
