Kinda odd but I didn’t fuss about it because I used to work in the industry to lol but it sounds like he made up his own rule basically saying he couldn’t take it because it would mess up their times by adding 2 to 3 more minutes at the window??you never ever tell a customer that but hey right

Make sure you check your bags for ALL of your food I ordered a chicken sandwich with fries for my wife they put in the fries but not the sandwich so I basically paid for and invisible sandwich.

Every time I go here, they have no issues getting my husband's order correct. However, they continuously get my order wrong. All I ask for is a large whopper meal with only ketchup and mayo. They continuously make my burger like my husband's, which has cheese. I understand that I can scrape off the cheese every time , but I shouldn't have to. My food should be made as I ordered it. The receipt even specified how I want my burger, and I have the person taking my order read it back to me. There is no reason that they should continuously get my order incorrect. When I pick up my order at the window, the employee just shoves the drinks and food out the window to me without even looking.
On top of that, I can't even contact customer support through the phone. Nor can I contact the store directly.
I'm extremely disappointed in this restaurant. I get food there because it's quick and my husband will have time to eat on his lunch break. However, I'm seriously considering taking my business elsewhere due to the incompetence that has been displayed time and time again.

Went to go get food for some soldiers today on a Saturday ordered 4 meals and all I heard was complaining about my order and how the people on base & military don’t have nothing better to do than order food. I’m sorry literally was at the window for 5 minutes and the lady was talking loud and did not care she even asked if my order was the “big” ordered and just kept being negative. I get some days aren’t easy but go work some where else then if a couple meals is too hard for you to do working at a Burger King…. Also I was still very nice and smiled so she had NOOO REASON TO KEEP GOING WITH IT.
