Terrible. DO NOT USE THE APP!!! We’ve been charged twice now while the app says the card was declined. Absolutely no way to get ahold of customer support. Idc how small of an amount it is, there’s a lawsuit coming.

Super basic. I could probably make a more flavorful philly at home. Hardly any cheese on the ultimate fries, the boneless buffalo wings were Papa John style if you know what i mean. I dont want to be rude but i was not impressed at all. Which is a bummer because I spent $50. 🤷🏻‍♀️

The one in Monroe is the best. Always great food and great service. Definitely recommend and I will definitely be going back.

Do not dare to come here after 4pm. Only one employee doing everything, slow process for dining, take out , delivery and checkout. If you want a sandwich and faster go to Subway. They have 2 employees.

Food is good, but customer service is less than great. I first asked for a cup for water and then was rudely told by the women cooking that they weren't allowed but panda could. Then she tells me, "we don't have any lettuce, all we have are pickles" in a very condescending tone. I went back and forth with her on getting my money back but took the sandwich (which was good) anyway. I wouldn't have cared about not having certain things, but the poor customer service really turned me off.

Their posted hours are arbitrary. They seem to close randomly between 5 and 6 pm daily. At least they're consistently inconsistent!

Can someone please explain to me, why you would be closing at 6pm, when you are supposed to be open until 7pm ? Sent my husband to get a sub for me, and he called me about quarter to 6, to tell me that apparently y'all were closing early. I'm just curious to why the sudden change. If it's a new closing time, could you at least update Google about it. Very disappointed.

This place has the best subs, in my opinion. Way better than Subway. For the price you pay, you get plenty of meat on your sub. And their fries are excellent.

Just moved here and wanted to get my usual turkey cheddar melt and they don't even carry turkey or the club. I'm not understanding why they don't. Won't be eating here.

The best Philly Steak restaurant I know. Employees are nice to talk to. They mentioned that they have trouble getting people hired and door dash has to always be taken care of before the line at the store. Would definitely recommend this place!!

Very cool and delicious. That is hypothetically if I were to order a sandwich yeee
