Good service and food always comes out great

I did receive my pizza made the wrong way, so I called. The manager was very nice and had my pizza remade the right way and delivered to me.

It's pizza hut. Line is uber long though. Be warned.

Ordered my food at 1809. My food is still not here at 2015. The building i work in is less than a 5 minute drive, however due to my occupation I can't leave.

These pizzaiolo’s clearly cut a slit out of my pizza and ate it. Hah, pizza was still tasty, but cmon bro…

12/15/24 - just want to write a review for the team working today. Pizza was great, fluffy crust, wings were hot during delivery, and the driver was courteous even though I always select contactless. I appreciate his (older gentlemen) diligence and service.

Wrote this because the crust is flat in their stuffed crust option usually; but today’s triple treat box pizza was great.

After receiving confirmation that my order would be ready at 10:15 I walked in to be told by the female behind counter that my order wasn’t in system ( I arrived at 10:13) having no time to wait I decided to just leave… 45 min later I’m getting notifications about my order being ready for pickup so I call after speaking to the delivery driver he hands the phone to the female I spoke to earlier who was at counter. She states my order came in at 10:15 .. I asked her why didn’t anyone call me I was still in parking lot looking at my confirmation email .. she then gets upset asked my why am I Questioning her and how was she supposed to know is was my order .. as if I didn’t come in and say my name and my pick up time not to mention she stated my order came in at 10:15. 1 min after I walked out … her tone was rude as if I was the one who messed up her order .. a customer isn’t always right but having a order be messed up and then a employee be rude about it because you ask a question is weird… I never had a issue before food has always been good… but today customer service was off….

Don’t order delivery do takeout because you won’t get your food.

I placed an order at 8:30 pm & never received my order . I’ve called over 10 times & there was noAnswer. Customer service was very rude . I’ll never order here again. Highly don’t recommend.
