The inside of this location is absolutely gorgeous. It is their first week open and you can tell that they are so busy but they are still keeping a good attitude and working their best to get everything out and correct. Honestly I expected so much more chaos but was met with positivity and friendliness which is so rare these days.
The staff ignores you while they prioritize App orders. When they do acknowledge you they are very friendly. Starbucks and/or the Food Court Manager need to assign at least 2 employees (1 at register and 1 making drinks) to prioritize customers face to face. Ridiculous that customers in person are treated this way.
Always very nice and clean, good customer service. Usually have most menu items available. Never have to wait too long for ordering. Nice place for coffee/tea and snacks or light breakfast or lunch.
