The inside of this location is absolutely gorgeous. It is their first week open and you can tell that they are so busy but they are still keeping a good attitude and working their best to get everything out and correct. Honestly I expected so much more chaos but was met with positivity and friendliness which is so rare these days.
The staff ignores you while they prioritize App orders. When they do acknowledge you they are very friendly. Starbucks and/or the Food Court Manager need to assign at least 2 employees (1 at register and 1 making drinks) to prioritize customers face to face. Ridiculous that customers in person are treated this way.
I would absolutely die for Lauren, my regular barista! I struggle with social anxiety, but she is always so patient with me and is great at recommending drinks when I can’t figure out what I want! Truly a sweetheart, I’d go to war for her and any of the other sweet ladies that work at this
