Megan at the Fort Polk Subway was excellent. She was friendly, fast, and made sure my order was just right. Her attention to detail and positive attitude really stood out compared to other locations I’ve been to. Great service and a great experience….thank you, Megan!

This was my first visit to this Subway and while the experience was overall satisfactory, it wasn’t great. The young man behind the counter was friendly, helpful and made our sandwich great. They had run out of bags so they were using Dollar General bags. Not his fault, seems management could have better set him up for success. Things happen though. The business was clean and presentable. Food looked fresh. What I wanted could only be ordered in “app” but I tried that and the “app” didn’t want to let me order it. Seems like Subway as a brand could do better with their app process or let you order what you want in store. The part that concerned me was the group of men hanging around outside of the establishment. While they never bothered me or interacted in any way, it could be alarming for someone else. I have passed by this establishment plenty over time and there seems to be someone standing out there at all hours of the day or night. There is another business next door, a laundry facility of some sorts but it can be alarming to say the least. Overall food was excellent staff of one seemed eager and friendly, location was clean inside.

I drive door dash and every single time I go to this restaurant they are late getting out the order. Serious waste of time and

Don’t make a catering order you’ll never get it. Even if you call the morning of pick up.
Very slow and inexperienced staff. Waited over 20 minutes for a pizza (after paying) because the manager, Veronica, didn't know how to use the toaster oven.
They have a good variety of sandwiches there.
