I don't do reviews often, but this was without a doubt the best chicken and waffles and onion rings I've ever had. The owner both served me and cooked the food, which was made to order. When it came out, it was still steaming and it was definitely worth the wait. The chicken has unique battering and seasoning that brough me right back to home. Passing through town on business and always looking for a local place. Got the chicken and waffles. The chicken was seasoned and fried perfectly. Crispy, not greasy and the waffles were fluffy. Living in Louisiana, everyone thinks of Popeyes. I'd choose Cain Gang over Popeyes. Every. Day. Of. The. Week.

DEFINITELY A RAVE
Ate here tonight and the food served was so yummy… also owned by a ruston local! Would love to see our community rally around this place and come and try their food and support them❤️❤️❤️ Everything was so flavorful and filling! Service was great! Perfect location for a “get together” “ small party” too!
