The older lady at the first window with short hair is sooooo rude, abrasive, smart mouthed, and sarcastic. And to top it off I didn’t get part of my order. The person that took my order got it wrong, the lady at the window was rude because I had to change my order since the first person got it wrong, and then the person that packaged my meal got it wrong. Everyone that touched my order got it wrong somehow.

The service is so unpersonalble now days. The prices go up and the size of everything going down. The large drinks are the size of the old medium drinks now. The large fries are filled with a collapsible box so the don't fill them all the way now. This makes it look like your getting a large but it is not much more then a small if any. The burger boxes are smaller so you don't realize the burgers are smaller. The great American shrinkage. Prices going higher and higher. I ordered extra pickles and paid for them and only got 3 pickles. What A rip off! Signed, dissatisfied McDonald's man!!!!!!!

Place was very dirty and floors were wet by coke machine an food took a while to get to us and employees were only thing that was nice but one male employee his pants were almost down to his ankles.

Food was on point but I'm a collector so when I saw the minecraft stuff at mcdonalds I wanted the whole collection so when I went to order my food they slammed my food, milk and cups on the table and when I went to ask for 6 of the boxes a a specific happy meal toy they said they can't do that even though their official page says yes you can only buy the toys Their also racist

One of the only fast food places available in sunset and it continues to decline in every way. Got home after getting curbside only to realize we were missing a cheese burger. Not the first time I've been missing something from my order so whatever. Go to eat the nuggets, it's like the batter was different or something and definitely under cooked. Won't be back! I'll make the drive to Carencro or Opelousas before I waste my money here again.

We gave the worker 20 dollars to pay our 7 dollars and whatever cent they gave us 2 dollars back saying we gave them 10 dollars they canceled our our but after waiting some time for them to check the cash register we finally got our money back

When I go through drive thru in the morning, I usually get a very nice girl who is pleasant every time. I truly enjoy going there.
Although I really don’t eat their food too much I have to say that this place has the best fountain drinks around. My go to for my daily Diet Coke fix.

My wait after I was asked to pull forward to have my food brought out to me was ( 9 ) minutes, which I find was about 5 minutes to long. This was at the McDonald's off of I-49 in Carencro, La.

I called at 1034 am today and I asked whom ever picked up the phone ! I think her name was Courtney or Dominique if I had left my debit card there on Friday around 10 or 1130 ! She told me they were up busy for her to stop and look for my card ! I asked are you serious ?? She said yea ! We don’t have time for that !! I told her I was going to report her to Kyle and she said that was fine !! Bad customer service ! They hire some of these people with the worst customer service!! Stay at home with all that if you can’t have good customer service!! You wanted to work in public ,do do your job
