I swear they put what THEY want in the bag, not what you ORDERED! Trying to get your order fixed is a hassle. Kids meals, no toys. Order fries, get onion rings. Don’t want something in a burger? They add what you didn’t want, doubled! Horrible customer service, do not recommend!!

orst BK ever and worst food experience ever. Sat there for 40 mins for someone who just got there to get their food. The girl asked what we ordered when she came out and saw we were there. She was either drunk or high and on the phone with some dude talking shit about us wanting to make sure we got our refund because after sitting there for 40 minutes and seeing she is incompetent i did not trust her to make our order. Her and whoever was working was definitely hiding somewhere in the back getting messed up in that 40 minutes because multiple people pulled up to the window after us and just left after no one even went to the window to take their payment. I am usually understanding and not someone to complain but that was ridiculous. No apologies were offered either. Went to the BK on MLK after and was given our order in LESS THAN FIVE MINUTES and the lady at the window was so nice

Ordered a number 8 and instead of Swiss I asked for American and to add tomatoes. The chicken was old and didn’t get any cheese at all and no tomatoes. Even after being told it’ll be a 6 minute wait! Wasn’t fresh and the fries didn’t have salt. Also asked for a coke but got a sprite!!!

It is very sad that when you don’t upsize your food at Burger King, they secretly upsize and charge at your expense for upsizing. Last I knew Burger King was “have it your way”, to upsize and charge at your expense is not Burger King have it your way, but more like Burger King have it how we decide. This is ridiculous that they can just upsize your meal and charge you when you don’t even ask for it to be upsized as their soft drinks and fries are horrible anyway.
Drive Thur wasn't busy but it took a minute to get my food. But it's ok, food was right for the wait.

Would be nice to have food in it's packaging instead of just thrown in a bag. Then it's all greasy on the outside bcuz of food being thrown in bag. Should of took pic how it looked on bag also... Hash brown were asked to be cooked fresh since they made me pull up for a Lil 3 piece French toast. Which was raw!! But anyway hash browns some were hot fresh and others were cold and old... how damn rude!! Is this BK not tired of the bad reviews??
