Every time I order I’m told how long it will take and it’s never ready! Was told today come on down it will be ready when you get here. I waited extra time before leaving the house and I got there and not ready! Waited a few minutes and still not ready so told them never mind to just forget it. I was asked if I wanted a refund and I thought to myself duh! I didn’t get a refund. This is not a one time thing it’s every time. Never going back.

We went in for breakfast and two of us ordered hash browns. While the girl at the counter was very polite and professional and helpful when it came to our coffee order, she did not mention that the hash browns would be tater tots. Tots. Granted, these were cooked to perfection for tater tots but they were not hash browns. It would have been nice if we were told that the hash browns we ordered would be tater tots. My grandmother would have likely ordered something else. Would she have known. I never seem to know what coffee to order, so I ordered one of the fall specials and my sister ordered the red velvet. I thought it was neat that they put actual red velvet cake mix on the side of the cup, and I actually enjoyed her drink a lot more than I did mine. I also appreciate that they have several sugar-free options. They also have packets of stevia at the table which is not common in most establishments in this area. I've only been to this location twice, and plan to return. It's certainly worth a visit, especially if you're visiting Danos across the Bayou.

I get a lavender chai cold brew almost every time I go here. Obviously, I was already in love with it.. but this one girl had it just right. She made it in a special way that was cute and so so good. I didn't get her name, but this was bomb. Thank you.
Came in and had the soup and sandwich. It was quite good. Also had a white Mocha latte, which was also delicious. The staff are friendly and the atmosphere is inviting. Highly recommend. Edit: I specifically came back to try the new boudin burger. It doesn't disappoint. The flavor is excellent. Highly recommended.

The service is really slow. We keep going because we like the food, atmosphere, and that it is a local business. I keep hoping that it'll get better, but it has not. Today we waited over 30 minutes for two breakfast bowls, and we didnt get the food until I went to the counter and asked for it. I call ahead so that we don't have to wait so long. I am usually told 10-15 minutes, but it is never ready, and we are often the only people with food. We used to stop more often, but our visits are getting fewer and farther in between because of the wait times.

I love the variety and consistency of the coffee!! My fav is the caramel cheesecake iced coffee. The only reason for the 4 stars is that I wish there was more availability for the times that they are open and I was so disappointed when I ordered a muffin and it was one that you can buy at any gas station. I was expecting something store-made at a food establishment.
