Had a delivery and they sent the wrong product. The shopper did not communicate with me or contact me for a preference for substitution. I called and they said I would have to come into the store for a refund. I donor recommend Albertsons for delivery of groceries

Corey in the floral department is a gem. Creative and beautiful flowers. She put together the nicest orchid corsage + boutonnière for me. Then, at the last minute very graciously made a necessary change without charging me. Great customer service, fast and a beautiful product.

Employees are always friendly and store is well stocked on most items. The only issue I have is that the staff does not enforce the one way aisles. As someone who does not want to run into people going the opposite way because of the physical distancing and a rule follower, it is frustrating since I have to backtrack to what I avoided because of the jammed up aisles. Whoever I spoke to said they can not enforce it. Well, as much as I like shopping there it makes me stressed.......

Big shout out and Thank you to Hammond Albertsons!! They are doing everything right... Have the 6ft markings, covers on the debit machines and a special sanitation team cleaning nonstop... I haven’t been to the grocery in several weeks due to work and was a little anxious.... I had my mask on they all had theirs on too
