I love Andy's Frozen Custard. My favorite is The Jackhammer with Butterfinger and Reese's cup in the ice cream, Reese's cup in the center, and caramel on top. It's so good. I'm addicted! The service is always 5 star.

Delicious frozen custard treats. I had a peachy thing. I forgot what it was called. Very good, it was vanilla custard and pieces of real peaches. Perfect treat on a blazing hot day. My aunt had butter pecan which was rich and right on the flavor. Mother did not like the taste of the chocolate. She ordered a small and that sucker was small as hell. The strawberry custard was to die for. Service was fast and good. There was no inside or outside seating area. Just a lone red metal bench. The place is expensive but we overall enjoyed it. It's a great once in a while treat.

Today, I came myself and was unfortunately mocked/made fun of by the two employees for ordering my usual - window fully open, talking to each other near me, and didn’t once address me but to take my order.
Completely lost my appetite and wasted my money. I’ve always had nothing but amazing things to say about this place, but this was really unfortunate.😞

First, I want to state the employees are very nice. I see a review that is just plain horrific, complaining about the way they talk. I know I'm leaving a 3 star review, but I want it VERY CLEARLY STATED that my review is not about the employees. They were sweet and helpful and I'm actually really disgusted by the 1 star review tearing into them. The employees are incredibly polite and I'm sad to see them bashed that way.
The treats are also very delicious. My issue with Andy's and why I'm choosing to leave a 3 star review is that for a place that seems to encourage a family setting, there are no sugar free options. We went there for the first time today and were let down that there were no sugar free options or plans to add any. I understand you guys might do well without any, but as a family friendly atmosphere, having options everyone can enjoy would be nice.
That all said, I want to end my review by adding that I don't think people should not go here. You absolutely should go here if you want a frozen treat. Nice employees, tasty treats. It's good place overall, I just hope they consider adding a few sugar free options to the menu so that diabetics and people with other dietary restrictions can enjoy them, too.
