Came around 1pm and got the chicken bacon sandwich with crinkle fries. Got my food in less than 5 minutes and it was hot. Cashier was pleasant. But this was just experience

walked into this place to order a burger. While the cashier was taking my order, I noticed that one of the employees was cleaning the floor… with her hands. A minute later, the same employee took my order and started preparing the burger — without changing gloves or washing her hands after cleaning.

I immediately asked for the burger to be remade and for her to change gloves, because I wasn’t going to eat food prepared with dirty hands.

Instead of handling the situation properly, they just refunded my money and told me to leave. No apologies, no attempt to fix the issue.

Hygiene — zero. Customer service — the same. I do not recommend this place to anyone who values sanitary standards and respect.

PEOPLE WORKING HERE SUCK!!!!! THEY TELL THEIR CUSTOMERS THEYRE CLOSED HOURS BEFORE CLOSE (12am is closing time, it’s currently 9:40pm) should be shut down because it’s not just a one time thing

The staff are always nice. The eating area and floors are usually dirty. You cannot use the Arby's App, so forget coupons, large orders, or delivery. I drive all over the state, and I have seen new and old locations. This is not an appealing location or restaurant. I've emailed complaints, and the company has sent both to an out of state location. I no longer eat at this location.
