walked into this place to order a burger. While the cashier was taking my order, I noticed that one of the employees was cleaning the floor… with her hands. A minute later, the same employee took my order and started preparing the burger — without changing gloves or washing her hands after cleaning.
I immediately asked for the burger to be remade and for her to change gloves, because I wasn’t going to eat food prepared with dirty hands.
Instead of handling the situation properly, they just refunded my money and told me to leave. No apologies, no attempt to fix the issue.
Hygiene — zero. Customer service — the same. I do not recommend this place to anyone who values sanitary standards and respect.

The staff are always nice. The eating area and floors are usually dirty. You cannot use the Arby's App, so forget coupons, large orders, or delivery. I drive all over the state, and I have seen new and old locations. This is not an appealing location or restaurant. I've emailed complaints, and the company has sent both to an out of state location. I no longer eat at this location.

The customer before us order was wrong and the employee was very rude yelling at him that he was wrong. Then my husband told them that he did ask for his sandwich to have cheese. We sat down and waited for our food went when it was ready the employees started yelling at my husband telling him he didn’t see or hear anything. It was horrible. Never been treated so rude at a place of business. Then the manager takes another customer who saw nothing and video him tell ing that the man was wrong. Then the manager takes another who did the video received a FREE shake for his two children. Really. !!!?????

I can pretty much guarantee this is the worst Arby’s in the country. How do you make something so simple inedible??? it takes real effort to make something that you don’t even cook so disgusting. I have to immediately throw it in the garbage. Congratulations you guys are the worst.
