Seems to be a small chain perhaps as we drove past one location and managed to stop at the next. Everything came out quick and hot and hit the spot to cure the bbq craving we were having. I liked the seasoning on the fries. Little things like that differentiate the side at diff spots. Potato salad is mustard heavy base, tasted great. It was my birthday, we were traveling and I didn't want fast food. Saw the sign on the highway and gave it a try. I had the brisket stuffed baked potato and it was delicious! My husband had a pulled pork sandwich and he enjoyed it. I'm glad we stopped there.
Service is never great but that's to be expected from the young staff members that are available these days.
I have tried just about every item on their menu over the years and they make some really good food. It can be a little pricey at times, but the quality is superb.
