Baskin-Robbins

Closed at 7:30 on a Saturday. Online says closes at 10:00. Since the new owner took over a few years ago customer service sucks here. Change your hours of operation if you don’t want to actually be open.

On 2/13/25 they closed at 9 as we were trying to pick up a order even though their supposed to close at 10. They wouldn’t allow me to get our order.

I want to start off by saying this brand is taking a Loss with this owner.
How is it you don’t except $100 bills for orders that amount and have the nerve to have my cake a way a didn’t ask for it to be.
I’ve always supported but the end is now.

Every single time I go to get ice cream they are mysteriously closed early. Soemtimes an hour or two before it says online. If they actually close at 8 then that needs to be online so that others don’t waste their time like me.

Google said they close at 10. Showed up at 9:15 and they told me they were closed. Daughter was disappointed.

The ice cream is the best and the service is really helpful it was amazing

Worst ever. Service and all. The girls are not trained, don’t want to work. I drove 30mins to treat my children all to get there and was told that I couldn’t get Ice cream because I asked a question about waffle cones not being in a kids cup. Talk to the manager who says she own the place as well and to be told I was going to get my ice cream for my children who had been waiting for 30 mins plus all to get told they sold out the ice cream I wanted. It has to be a better place in Hammond. Especially if the manager says she’s black own and independent what about the other lives that matter and children and I am black wow

The Hammond Baskin Robbins is very poorly run. Today was the third time in the last 6 weeks when they were completely out of chocolate ice cream.
They never have napkins in their dispensers.
Very sad. It used to be run very well.

I have called the corporate complaints line about this issue. I was told someone would return my call. They never have.

Me and my mother went in at around 8:30 for some milkshakes as it was 30 minutes before closing. We saw a young girl in front of us get turned away but we figured they just didn’t have something. I simply ordered a medium chocolate milkshake and get told “I’m out”. The young boy in a southeastern shirt just said he served his last two or whatever. In my opinion they cleaned the blenders early and just didn’t wanna clean them again despite it not being closing time. I was sick and just wanted a milkshake, but no couldn’t have that because the workers tonight just seemed lazy, unhappy, and quiet. Especially when we walked in, but the girl working seemed nice. Anyways, we will be going to Dairy Queen now unfortunately as they don’t clean their machines early and will make a blizzard until close. Hope this helps! Make sure to go during the day if you just want a milkshake! :)

Close earlier than when they say they do

Really taste, friendly staff. Closing posted is incorrect. They close at 9pm. Disappointing when you've driven across town.
