Jesse what is going on with BR. We were in today and they were out of all three ice cream flavors we came for. Only about 10 flavors available today. So we left with nothing. Things are really going downhill.

Everyone was so sweet and friendly. they went above and beyond to make my baby happy. she had her first visit after her first dance recital at 3yrs old. she was getting over the nerves and finally relaxing. they gave her a sample and she got so excited. the staff enteracted with her and even gave her a crown. What's crazy is, she's a pageant queen and she didnt understand why she didnt win a crown at her recital so this made her day. Thank you guys! We're gonna be regulars now!

Been here since 11am to pick up my daughter's birthday cake. The store is closed no employees. Paid $80 for nothing so disappointing.

Came in with 2 indecisive kids who had lots of questions and were super excited about being at the ice cream shop. One girl was nice enough in the beginning and then by the second order she looked like she could care less. Another young girl came out the back and offered to help us and had a big smile on her face, which made the kids feel more comfortable. It's a hit or miss with the workers at this Baskin- Robins location. So depending on the day, you could get better service or you could not. I asked if the waffle bowls were fresh, the first girl said yes. I asked if they were made today and she nodded. So we all ordered the waffle bowls just to get to the table and find the most stale waffle bowl ever. No shame if they are old, but being honest could have saved us a bad experience. Also, the chocolate ice cream was not that good. It was the only chocolate they had & it was super rich, almost too chocolatey.
