Took an hour to get my appetizer and 1 drink and no refill. My kids were all sharing my water lol. Left without eating. Hammond location is terrible. My doorknob has more personality than my waitress.

I'll keep things as short as possible. I was initially being served by the manager. I picked the Wings combo and asked if they substituted sides, he said they did, I asked that I get mac and cheese instead of coleslaw, the other side that I didn't want substituted was fries. I receive my order and there was only mac and cheese as a side, I decided to not say anything regarding the lack of fries as I assumed the bill would reflect it. When I received by bill, it listed the full price of the combo and an additional side for the mac and cheese. I explained that I had asked if substitutions were allowed and he agreed. He didn't seem to realize the issue in that I was being charged $20 for a combo that included two sides that I didn't receive. He applied a discount that took $2 off the bill. From what I saw on the menu the coleslaw and fries cost about $9 on their own (the coleslaw price wasn't listed but based on the other prices this seems about right). Essentially I still paid $23 for a meal which should have cost around $17, if the lack of fries and the presence of mac and cheese was accounted for correctly. I will not be eating here again as the manager didn't seem to realize the issue in a customer being charged for food they didn't receive.

This was our first time to Buffalo wild wings. They did not disappoint. If you go ask for Ethan you will be treated like royalty. We got the regular cheeseburger with fries the price was like $10 delicious. Taste like a home made hamburger from the olden days. I got the chicken tenders with french fries this is real chicken perfect season. I got the five chicken strips which was like $11 with fries . I got the Caribbean jerk sauce to go with it. We even got the chips and salsa with pico on top. The service was amazing. You couldn’t ask for any better service. The food come out hot delicious we will be going back.

If I could write a review without giving it one star..I definitely would with this place. 1st. The waitress (with the two color afro puffs) didn't even greet us nor give us her name. She came to us and said "What do you want to drink"..And when I said "Hello"..I seemed to annoyed her. She came back with our drinks without straws and went to talk to another table for about 5/10mins We had to watch her laugh and have full conversation with this table before I got her attention to bring us some straws. When she came back with the straws, she just tossed them on the table. When she took our order...She kept getting every order wrong and I had to keep repeating myself.
2nd. Once we got the order (after waiting 30mins) the entire order was cold. I tried to find the waitress to let her know this..And we couldn't even find her. The restaurant was practically empty so there was no way we couldn't find her. But what was funny was she came to the table in less than 5mins with the check. I was done and I decided to go to the counter myself to get my own to go plates etc. When I did that..That's when the waitress wanted to "Act" like she was doing her job. This place is the worst. The service is absolutely horrible and the food was cold. There wasn't enough people in this restaurant for the service to be so slow.I can see why this restaurant was empty. Will definitely not be going back

The place was absolutely empty at 5:26. They messed my order up and was told I have to wait another 10 mins, while the rest of my food gets cold. No wonder there's nobody here. Always check your food before u leave

Our car broke down in the parking lot right out front and they wouldn't let us sit inside while it was dumping rain at first. Ended up getting us a table and had a good enough experience. The bathroom was iffy.
