the ginger haired girl taking my order was very sweet and helpful. However, the blond girl that she was working with was very rude and nasty to her coworker right in front of my face. As the young woman was taking my order, the other girl began to yell and cuss at her coworker right in front of customers. I found this behavior very unprofessional and did not make for a pleasant environment. Food was delicious as always, but the incident definitely made me question the quality of the customer service at this specific establishment. I just hope that this behavior could be brought to attention and fixed by management.

We tried to eat at this location, but never got seated. We waited for 10 minutes by the sign that read, “please wait to be seated,” but never got sat despite multiple employees seeing us and the restaurant having maybe 5 tables total seated at the time. Ended up going to the Covington location instead.

To be at work all day and place an order and not get any type of notification that they so called canceled it really aggravates me. They should have made sure I knew that before I wasted my gas coming here. To be told I should’ve gotten an email and have someone say they don’t sell what I ordered was a lie. For my order to according ti her be canceled early in the day and I have not received any information about that or a refund has me upset. When you order something you expect to get it regardless of what happened. To say oh it was a glitch and I shouldn’t have been able to pay for something is an excuse that I don’t appreciate. And yes I heard a worker say we don’t sell those and yet I asked the person who said they refunded me and she said they ran out. I hate wasting my time more than anything and insincere people make that even worse.

The place smells. I ordered a 10 piece boneless wing no fries or drink, to me over 45 mins to get it not to mention they weren’t busy at all. It use to be great but poor management

I had a small issue with my order, but the staff here handled it in the best way possible. The manager, Robert, went above and beyond to make things right, and his professionalism and genuine care really stood out. It’s rare to see that level of service, and it left a lasting impression. The crew was friendly, the atmosphere was great, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Huge thanks to Robert and the team for turning a simple mistake into a really positive experience.

Could be better. Ordered grilled chicken tenders got this! At best, this would be nuggets.

Took an hour to get my appetizer and 1 drink and no refill. My kids were all sharing my water lol. Left without eating. Hammond location is terrible. My doorknob has more personality than my waitress.

I'll keep things as short as possible. I was initially being served by the manager. I picked the Wings combo and asked if they substituted sides, he said they did, I asked that I get mac and cheese instead of coleslaw, the other side that I didn't want substituted was fries. I receive my order and there was only mac and cheese as a side, I decided to not say anything regarding the lack of fries as I assumed the bill would reflect it. When I received by bill, it listed the full price of the combo and an additional side for the mac and cheese. I explained that I had asked if substitutions were allowed and he agreed. He didn't seem to realize the issue in that I was being charged $20 for a combo that included two sides that I didn't receive. He applied a discount that took $2 off the bill. From what I saw on the menu the coleslaw and fries cost about $9 on their own (the coleslaw price wasn't listed but based on the other prices this seems about right). Essentially I still paid $23 for a meal which should have cost around $17, if the lack of fries and the presence of mac and cheese was accounted for correctly. I will not be eating here again as the manager didn't seem to realize the issue in a customer being charged for food they didn't receive.
