Poor service mistreatment of the customer wait 1 hour to pick up the food very bad experience not worth eating here

If I could write a review without giving it one star..I definitely would with this place. 1st. The waitress (with the two color afro puffs) didn't even greet us nor give us her name. She came to us and said "What do you want to drink"..And when I said "Hello"..I seemed to annoyed her. She came back with our drinks without straws and went to talk to another table for about 5/10mins We had to watch her laugh and have full conversation with this table before I got her attention to bring us some straws. When she came back with the straws, she just tossed them on the table. When she took our order...She kept getting every order wrong and I had to keep repeating myself.
2nd. Once we got the order (after waiting 30mins) the entire order was cold. I tried to find the waitress to let her know this..And we couldn't even find her. The restaurant was practically empty so there was no way we couldn't find her. But what was funny was she came to the table in less than 5mins with the check. I was done and I decided to go to the counter myself to get my own to go plates etc. When I did that..That's when the waitress wanted to "Act" like she was doing her job. This place is the worst. The service is absolutely horrible and the food was cold. There wasn't enough people in this restaurant for the service to be so slow.I can see why this restaurant was empty. Will definitely not be going back

The place was absolutely empty at 5:26. They messed my order up and was told I have to wait another 10 mins, while the rest of my food gets cold. No wonder there's nobody here. Always check your food before u leave

Our car broke down in the parking lot right out front and they wouldn't let us sit inside while it was dumping rain at first. Ended up getting us a table and had a good enough experience. The bathroom was iffy.

Haven’t been to the bdubs in Hammond in years. Best experience at a restaurant in a long time thanks to our waiter blane. Won my kid a stuffed bear out of the claw machine and we never had to ask for a thing!

We went Saturday night they weren't busy. The problem started when we walked in the door with our 6 month old. We asked for a high chair and a co worker asked why we needed a high chair. So we decided since it's a problem we decided not to push the issue of getting a high chair and we would just keep him in the booth. Our child was playing with the menu and the waiter came up and said your little monster is destroying my menus. I then go get a high chair for my child and when the waiter came back he said you got your hooligan under control. I don't know if the waiter was trying to be funny or facetious. I did not appreciate my child being called names. Before we were finished with our meal the waiter tossed the receipt on the table informing us he was ready for us to leave.

All you can eat wings was a rip off. More like all you can wait for food and drinks. Won't be back. Service was awful. Got 3 drinks in 2 hrs. Had to wait 30 mins for each set of 6 wings after finishing initial set of 10.
