Was out shopping today and worked up an appetite. Burger King was right there. I haven't had Burger King in 2 years since living in Virginia. I was so glad I stopped in. The service was friendly, restaurant was clean and inviting. The food came out fresh and hot. Was a great experience. They even gave me a crown so I could be queen for a day!

My wife Son and I stop here often. Last time was November 25th the service was excellent. My two favorite fast food place is Burger King and Whataburger.

This place is horrible the lady at the window told us to pull up and when we did she then told us that we had to pull back behind the pole because she was training someone but it was ok for her to be on her phone she has no busy working there and being that rude to the customer don’t tell me to pull up and then make me back up to the pole and then have me move forward NO!!!! She need to be Fired

The Burger King on West Thomas street is always my go-to Burger King location in Hammond. Clean, excellent service, food delivery time is on point (for all my experiences at least), and staff always respectful and kind.

The employee that at the window right now, heavy set older lady, very, very rude. Disrespectful and unprofessional. When the store manager is there. I need to have a meeting. Also it's unprofessional to have your company at work speaking to the customers in a disrespectful manner using curse words. Very disrespectful. Happened today @ around 8:35 pm . Then talking to my daughter disrespectful, then the cashier in the window was sweeping the floor and went back there and started handling the FOOD. did not wash her hands at all ... That is unsanitary... A shame....
Placed an order at drive thru @ 5:48 for (2) double Texas whoppers. The whopper was okay but not impressive & I would not buy it again b/c I asked for well done bacon. It was not cooked. Very small pieces. Also it was not smoked Applewood bacon but some cheap stuff. I believe patrons should get what they pay for & food should look close to what is advertised. Bait & switch is wrong. Now I see why chic- fil-A is leading in the fast food market.Those burgers looked nothing like the picture. I expected a total different whopper and I did not receive that. Never again will I trust Burger King.

I went to this BK early in the morning and got a meal deal. The hash browns, which should have been more like the little tater tot disks, were in tiny little broken up pieces and clumps. It looked like they were mashed in someone's fist and thrown against a wall. I have no idea how something could be done that badly. It was gross. The croussandwhachamacallit was cold and nasty af. There's a point at which they should just shut down. This was weirdly bad.

Had to wait 10 minutes and order at the window. But at least I finally got to eat. I would say this is the best stop of the area at later night was actually gone within 16 minutes
