I was at this fast food restaurant today Dec 10 picking up a online order and my mom was in the car and a trashy toothless employee started cussing at my mom for her car being "too loud" by the way it's not that loud and the women was smoking a cigarette outside the door on the phone on what she called him her "pimp boyfriend" then I was inside while this was happening she came inside started yelling at me and said " is that your mom or dad in the car" I answered respectfully and said my mom she then said "what do you need" again I answered the online order for my mom then she began yelling saying " y'all need to get her order cuz I'm fixing to tell her to leave sitting here ramping her motor up on her loud ass car while she can cearly see I'm on the fucking phone" slammed the door and went back outside and began cussing at my mom and threatening her to get out of the car to fight her but overall this was so trashy never have I ever seen anyone so unprofessional the service was so bad my mom was able to download the app and order before they ever came on the intercom highly don't recommend and I hope that women reads this and knows how disgusted I feel about her

Sat at order board waiting 10 minutes after being ask to wait. Was pulled up to between the windows until food was ready. Then motioned to pull up and pay. Total time 33 minutes. Only car in driver thru. I'm white and it matters how you will be treated. Employee was very rude, no apology for the wait, I said thank you and have a nice day. No response.

Terrible service at the drive thru, went through the drive thru to get a vanilla milkshake and the response from the woman on the speaker was "we ain't got that" and that was it. Freaking ridiculous.

Took 15 minutes to order and Waited 30 minutes to get all my food. Had too get up and ask for several missing items. No one else in the restaurant so this was ridiculous.Everyone moving at a snail's pace when dreaming with you but has plenty of energy when it comes to goofing off in the back. Made a regular day feel soured.

Tried again... Order a shake... Don't have any ice cream. At 1pm... Lame_________________________Pull up, order pull around.Girl yelling out the second window for me to stop at the first window. Which is blacked out and has no indication of use.Finally, she starts yelling at me to pull up.I get to the window and asked why she asked me to stop. "you would be on my timer".I asked, "So you stopped me because y'all are slow?" She kinda awkwardly grinned and I told them they got problems and I left.Y'all can eat the cost of that shake and hopefully some boss somewhere reads this and figures out why you are the ONLY fast food option on this strip without a line.... It ain't cause of how fast y'all are.

This place need a reset. The breakfast food is terrible. Ordered double sausage croissants, sausage was hard yet the croissant soft. They did not toast the bread but they overcooked the meat. Could not eat it & they didn't give me my receipt otherwise I would have taken the mess back.

very slow set at the speaker for 5 minutes no one answered. Pulled up to window and they said they had large orders.3 cars blocked drive through so I couldn't leave. Just spent 10 minutes with no food just waiting to leave. Not my first bad experience with this location. Things like this is why BK can't compete with McDonald's.

Please, whatever you do don't bother the cashier at the counter because she will just roll her eyes at you and take your order without looking at you, the worst counter service ever the people prepared the food were fantastic.
Only in the morning. The food will be fresh.. also you have to catch it at the beginning of lunch

The prices of fast food is getting ridiculous! Our fries smelled like breakfast sticks.. no salt and our burgers were cold.. kids were starving is the only reason I didn’t leave it there. 50 bucks for 4 meals?
