I have been go this location at least once a week on Wednesday afternoons. My granddaughter loves the chicken nuggets, fruit cup & brownies. Cashier Christian has taken our order quite a few times. It's to where he even knows what my granddaughter is going to order before she tells him. He is always happy and upbeat along with being very polite. He's doing an amazing job. Even though we come thru there once a week, it's awesome that he remembers who we are and what we'll be ordering.Christian you're doing an amazing job and you're awesome!Kid-friendliness: The options for the kids meals
Utilized drive thru. Staff always very knowledgeable, pleasant and helpful. Really like the outside order staff. Wide choice of delicious choices and condiments.
The employees here go above and beyond. Ms. Francis was very helpful and friendly. Very impressed.

They are soooooo rude I never met no people like these people at the one here on 190 Hammond la the food is always cold , they never fill your fries up just ughhh they customer service is a disgrace to the lord !!!!! This can’t be the Christian Chick-fil-A I wish I can give them no stars it’s not worth it food is to high to not prepare people’s food correctly!!!! Ugh I never eat there again and put hair nets on as well hair was in my food !!!
Lovely and new... but easily the dirtiest CFA bathroom I've ever been in. Not gas station dirty but... well maybe! Toilet paper on floor in multiple spots, corners of sinks and stalls looking yucky (which makes me feel like this is a recurrent issue at this store, not just one bad day) and the worst: sticky floor throughout. Maybe the cleaner makes it sticky? I was surprised. Otherwise, amazing service and same great food. Main area was super clean as expected.

Good chicken. Tastes good and cooked correctly. The cashier was very good at explaining the menu and repeated our order back for accuracy. There was an employee refilling the counter which supplied customer with napkins, catsup, utensils, etc. Chick Fil A even offers drink refills.I always appreciate how polite & courteous the employees are!

CFA used to be a go-to but no longer.They've made one lane into Mobile only, so during lunch and dinner times you're stuck in a 40 car line while the Mobile only has 2, maybe 3, cars flowing through it in that time.No toy or ice cream for the kid's meal today. Asked if they could substitute a small fry as I was getting Mac and cheese for that meal; I was told no.I get my food and I'm missing a fry in one order and the Mac and cheese for the kid's meal.CFA is becoming like every other fast food place around here, terrible management. Sad, really.
