I received maybe a handful of chips for the appetizer i ordered. I also ordered a bacon chicken ranch quesadilla and its literally half chicken and half bacon… why would anyone want something with a sprinkle of cheese and bacon in a quesadilla… i love chilis but im never returning to this location.

Went with my significant other and child. The hostess was great but after we were seated not a single person acknowledged us. Another family comes in a bigger family (number wise) and they were immediately acknowledged and drink orders taken. After waiting another 30 minutes we left. My 2 year old was hungry and grumpy at this point which made for a horrible time. New! More ways to react to reviews.

I ordered Togo Friday the 21st of Nov. I was probably the 4th or 5th person to go in as it was right when opening. The place was so dirty and smelled, do yall not have someone to clean up the place before opening? The floors were black and stained with soda. I used the bathrooms while waiting for my food and it was just as dirty and dusty in there. Had to clean My own toilet seat just to use the bathroom. Food was good but dang yall need to clean up the place.

Went in solo for a quick bite. Have not been to a Chili’s in many years. The last time I was in one was not good. Wanted to give it another try. Well it was not as good as I was hoping. I ordered the three for 14.99. I ordered a salad, french fries and chicken dippers. I have had more salad on a taco, I was shocked how small the bowl my salad came in was. The lettuce and tomato were all cut up very small and the ranch was watered down and lacked flavor. The chicken was rubbery and also lacked flavor. The fries were not hot and they were very salty. I sat at the bar and had ok service. I will not be going back anytime soon. It’s a shame, the chain should get back to quality taste and ingredients.

My mom and I ate with Lavigne tonight at the Chili’s in Hammond! 10/10 service and food!! Even the manager came by to check in on us and make sure we had a great experience!

The dip trio and an oldtimer burger is a great choice.
The waitress was excellent and the food was top tier. We got the food pretty quickly as well. My only complaint would be the cleanliness of the floor. I look forward to going back soon!
