I called to place an order because the website kept telling me that it was an error. I held on hold for 35 minutes a manager told me that she couldn’t help me out because I was demanding her. I told her that it wasn’t my fault that you had me on hold for so long. I love Chili’s but I’m second guessing it

I have been lied too. Ordered on Feb.15th, today is Feb.24th, still no reply by email. My hammond,la. order was screwed up, & did not know until I was in franklinton, la. Spent over $50 for a meal, I was unable to enjoy. The employees lied too me, & told me it would be rectified, I am very unhappy with this!

Worst experience ever. We never got our appetizer, food was nasty, sweet tea tastes like it had been made for days, waiter never came to check on us , didn't get our dessert that we ordered and it took 45 mins to get a ticket so we could pay it and leave . Worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant.

The food was undercooked and just poorly made. We ordered the triple dipper app and they had Buffalo sauce end up getting all over our egg rolls. The big mouth burgers weren't even cut, just one rectangle shaped burger. The worker at the Togo counter was very kind and helpful though..

Haven't ate at this location in quite some time. Had a triple dipper and the lady had a chicken quesadilla of sorts. As I said about the Chili's in Covington - it was a wonderfully 'mid' experience. Service was fairly slow, the atmosphere is a bit dated, but who doesn't like a triple dipper? Love the giant slabs of cheese, though I've decided I'm not a huge fan of Nashville anything (its not their fault that Nasvhille hot is just red pepper and oil - overrated). Food was as expected and the beer cold and for that I was happy. Will come back - eventually.

I’m honestly baffled by how terrible my experience at Chili’s was today. From the moment we sat down, it felt like we were forgotten. We were seated in a corner and had to wait an unreasonable amount of time before anyone even acknowledged us. When we finally did get someone’s attention, the service continued to be slow and dismissive.
To make matters worse, when we brought up our concerns to the manager, instead of apologizing or trying to make things right, they had an attitude and made us feel like we were the problem. I’ve never been treated like this at a restaurant before, and I certainly didn’t expect it from Chili’s.
I’m incredibly disappointed and won’t be returning.

manager ruined my guest experience, she thought she left and ate no crumbs but we really did. food was great. server was great. very inappropriate and unprofessional of the general manager approaching us for a heated conversation with a past employee. do not recommend hammond location
