The eggfoo young was made with more onions then chicken. The sauce was good, but I could get pass the onions. I was not a fan.

Just got dinner for the wife and i after a long day at work the food was heavenly!
The place had a ton of people (which goes to show you how in demand it is) and they were able to cook the food and clear the whole building in about 20 minutes very impressive!!
Place has been here forever and they'll always be my go to for some great take out 1000/10 if you are looking for some good Chinese food on the go I wouldn't recommend anyone else!

Extremely disappointed. We were told it would be 20 minutes and it ended up being an hour! Not only that but it was extremely hot inside while we waited triple the time we were told. Normally we wouldn’t mind waiting this long but we were told 20 minutes. That’s ridiculous in my opinion.

The reviews here from some people are ridiculous. Some people just love to complain. Been going here for years. Food is fresh, they have never messed an order up,they say ready in 10 minutes but usually done before that. Prices are good for the generous portions. I saw reviews complaining of up charges and that it's not clean. I've never seen it not clean. I have never worked in Food service but my spouse has. So many people complain to not pay or get free food. The ones that usually complain are cheap trashy people they need to stay home and cook with the groceries they got with food stamps.! And the ones that complain about cleanliness have the dirtiest home with roaches everywhere! Good people, good food, good prices, good portions and the ladies that take the orders are always nice. Some people just want people to bow down to them! There is one guy that I think is one of the owners. He smiles and speaks each time I go in there. I've seen him in Walmart many times and he smiles and speaks! And I've been eating here for maybe 10 years. A+
Nasty. They don't use sesame oil in their fried rice or egg drop soup, therefore it is totally FLAVORLESS..super oily though-gross. Also, if you think two spring rolls for $3 is a great deal, know that they're the size of my pinky finger...$40 later, everyone was disgustedAND hungry after attempting to consume China Wok. Huge waste. Do NOT recommend!!Also, you wouldn't want to dine here, as both the interior and vibe is that of a dirty warehouse.

Best Chinese Food in Hammond - NO DOUBT. I recieve generous portions of piping hot, delicious food every time I go. They offer a wide variety of dishes, many that aren't available within 100 miles, for quite reasonable prices. Dishes such as Imperial Chicken and Lemon Chicken... my two favorites. I cannot BELIEVE I lived here almost 10 years before I ordered from here. Don't let the outside appearance fool you. Building may be old, but place is extremely clean and smells like food ONLY! I wouldn't plan on dining in with a large group. Just a couple booths in the one room lobby + ordering/checkout area + dining room, but still nice atmosphere!
