Chipotle Mexican Grill

My husband and I ate at Chipotle at the Hammond Mall for the first time. It was nice and the food was great! Will surely be repeats in the future.

They’re usually pretty good, but not consistent enough. Also, it doesn’t seem to matter whether I tell the app I’ll pick up in 10 or 30 minutes — as soon as I place the order, they start making it. So sometimes the food isn’t warm by the time I arrive.

I’ve tried to give this chipotle a chance THREEEEE times. Experienced it 3 different times to see if I just went on some bad days, negative. The food is just so bland, it’s not hot, I can’t even finish it without saying how bad it is. Don’t go. I’ve been to other chipotles and this one just does not do it

Walked in for an order and they were out of nearly everything. I asked for some veggies from the drive thru line and the worker says they’re out of veggies. But I can literally see a full container of veggies sitting in the drive thru line. He maintains eye contact and says “we’re all out.” Okay what about the corn on the table behind you? “We’re out of corn” without turning his head … On top of that the bowl was so empty it was below the brim.

No wait time and the food is fresh

Watched an employee sneeze into his elbow and wipe his nose all the way down to his wrist, then proceeded to continue handling food without washing his hands. The food is good though.

Ms Julia has terrible customer service and as much money as I spend in that store and the lady couldn’t get me any lettuce and they had lettuce in the store is insane….

Disappointing Experience at Chipotle

I visited Chipotle last night for a steak bowl, but my experience was frustrating and unprofessional. When I placed my order, the server told me they were out of steak. However, the cook had just finished cutting up steak, which made the situation confusing. Instead of making my order, the server just stood there, saying nothing.

Another employee (the cashier) then whispered something to the cook, who looked puzzled. After that, she came to the counter and repeated that they were out of steak—without any explanation or effort to accommodate my request. No offer was made to provide steak later or suggest a reasonable alternative.

While the first server did mention other protein options, I specifically wanted steak, and the lack of communication and professionalism from the staff was disappointing. A simple explanation or better customer service would have made a difference. Unfortunately, I left without my meal and with no desire to return anytime soon.

I visited Chipotle today while in town, craving a steak burrito bowl, but was pretty disappointed with the experience. They were out of steak, brown rice, and pico – three of my go-to ingredients. I ended up settling for chicken instead. To top it off, the girl at checkout didn’t say hi, thank you, or even smile. The whole experience felt unwelcoming, and I left wishing I had gone somewhere else. Definitely not the experience I was hoping for while visiting from out of town.

Food was good, the place is small and loaded with college kids. The staff was nice. The food containers barely had food in them to make the burritos and I didn't see anyone grilling anymore meat which I found odd. But overall the food was good and staff were friendly.

Can't complain it was a Sunday night good food

Great place to get a quick, delicious meal. I love their bowls and burritos. Always fresh ingredients and very friendly staff. Fast tasty grub!
