Ms Julia has terrible customer service and as much money as I spend in that store and the lady couldn’t get me any lettuce and they had lettuce in the store is insane….

Disappointing Experience at Chipotle
I visited Chipotle last night for a steak bowl, but my experience was frustrating and unprofessional. When I placed my order, the server told me they were out of steak. However, the cook had just finished cutting up steak, which made the situation confusing. Instead of making my order, the server just stood there, saying nothing.
Another employee (the cashier) then whispered something to the cook, who looked puzzled. After that, she came to the counter and repeated that they were out of steak—without any explanation or effort to accommodate my request. No offer was made to provide steak later or suggest a reasonable alternative.
While the first server did mention other protein options, I specifically wanted steak, and the lack of communication and professionalism from the staff was disappointing. A simple explanation or better customer service would have made a difference. Unfortunately, I left without my meal and with no desire to return anytime soon.

I visited Chipotle today while in town, craving a steak burrito bowl, but was pretty disappointed with the experience. They were out of steak, brown rice, and pico – three of my go-to ingredients. I ended up settling for chicken instead. To top it off, the girl at checkout didn’t say hi, thank you, or even smile. The whole experience felt unwelcoming, and I left wishing I had gone somewhere else. Definitely not the experience I was hoping for while visiting from out of town.

Food was good, the place is small and loaded with college kids. The staff was nice. The food containers barely had food in them to make the burritos and I didn't see anyone grilling anymore meat which I found odd. But overall the food was good and staff were friendly.

Great place to get a quick, delicious meal. I love their bowls and burritos. Always fresh ingredients and very friendly staff. Fast tasty grub!

We were driving across states and stopped for a quick rest and food from driving. Service was decent, I believe the manager was there and he helped me the most. Other staff seemed a little lost. The worst part was the bathroom. We had our baby with us and went to go change him before hit the road again. First off, they need to change the changing table! It’s a major safety issues!! Any child place on their will likely roll to the floor! Thankfully we had our stroller and was able to change him in that. When I went to wash my hand that was another awful situation! It looked like someone shaved something there, leaving hair all over. They should be checking these bathrooms periodically.

I wish I could give more stars as I LOVE Chipotle but this time was not what I expected. The restaurant was basically empty, I was the only one in line and I was rushed, not given even a second to think about what I wanted. Then come to check out, I was helped by Julia or Julie. I was attempting to use a VISA Gift card and was told that they could not take it and the swipe was not working so I asked if she can type in the card number and was told no they can ONLY type in Chipotle gift cards . Finally I swiped it a few more times and it worked, once it went through Julia or Julie reached over the counter and cancelled my payment in front of me and snapped at me saying "it doesn't work like that, it is not going to work" as it was actively going through. I was given attitude as I was ready to leave as soon as possible, and was aggressively handed my food to me. I never do reviews but I feel this one was definitely deserved.

I spent 30 minutes in the Chipotlane waiting for my food. This is supposed to be a fast lane for mobile ordering, correct? Help me understand what took 30 minutes to hand food out of a window? Expensive, cold food.....

Placed a mobile order with a beverage purchase. Husband went to pick up order and told the drive thru window he also needed the sweet tea. The guy made him go inside and pay for another tea as he claimed I hadnt ordered one when It is clearly on the sticker on my togo order. I called the store and was told to just come get the tea. No apologies. And no manager to speak with regarding the way this was so rudely handled. Get it together chipotle! If you dont want to be there just leave. Stop making everyone elses lives miserable because You Are

This is the worst Chipotle in the country. They were out of half the supplies and don’t tell you till you’re done waiting 10 minutes in line. Than on top of that it was all ice cold and they gave me a hard time for swapping it. Stole my 14 dollars
