Great food and service, nice atmosphere

Very disappointed. Waited over 30 minutes for our food. The server never came to check on us. The old location and employees were much better. The wings were good.

Got the 6 piece boneless wings (hot). The meat was dry and the sauce wasn’t even spicy. It was grainy and bland. Even the fries were generic and nothing special. I’ve had better fries and wings at Pizza Hut. Not to mention it gave me indigestion a couple hours later. Never coming here again.

Decent enough wings but the seasoning left a lot to be desired. I ordered the blazing wings and also the jalapeño. The blazing was ok at best and the jalapeño tasted like butter. Very disappointed ☹️.
Also not a fan of pouches of “dipping” dressing as opposed to ramekin.
Service was top notch and the restaurant was super clean and the decor was pleasant.

Your customer service is the worse in Hammond.. If you place an order over the phone and they get your name and tell you long, you get there to pick it up and they tell you they don’t have an order for you. That wasn’t the first time and I will never come back again. They are not friendly at all. Y’all should learn from Chick-fa-la because they are the best in customer service and speed.

I’ll be honest the food is good as long as you don’t try to order passed 9.
I’m rating one star because I called 45 minutes before close and was directly put on hold multiple times for 6+ minutes and then after 930 they didn’t pick up the phone at all. Very unprofessional inconsiderate, and childish. I would’ve rather they say they aren’t taking orders than to ignore me and place me on an indefinite hold. I get 15-20 min before close but 45 is crazy.
Not getting my service again.

If I could give less than a star, I would. One of their employees got my order incorrect and told me that she was going to fix it. She said her manager or whoever back to me with my food and told me that it was my fault that my order was wrong. The person that took my order read back to me what I ordered and they actually read me back exactly what I ordered and put it in wrong, so she tried to hand me back food and told me that I can either keep it or I could get a refund they were not fixing my food as she went back-and-forth about what her employee told her about her food customer service zero out of 10
