Love this place we usually eat here all the time tonight me and my family went to Dinner at 7pm restaurant was not busy sat and waited 15 mins with no service before I went up to the bar and asked if we could please get some service on the end. Waited another 10 mins still nothing. We left they lost a customer 3 waitresses behind bar more worried about playing on there phones. We won’t be back.

First time here, pleasantly surprised with the quality of the traditional wings. Very meaty and cooked perfectly. The spicy garlic parm wasn't spicy at all and the hot honey was ok but could use more heat. If ever back in the area wouldn't hesitate going back.

Walked in, seen several roaches on the wall, then walked my ssa out from the establishment. Wouldn’t go back unless health inspectors come out and check.

We ordered take out. They said our order was going to be ready at 6:40. We arrived at 6:45 and the person working the window could not find the order. After finally finding it, they said that the kitchen was working on it. Comes back 10-15 minutes later just to let us know that the kitchen DIDN’T make our order because “we are out of the caribbean jerk.” We then had to pull around and wait for the order to finally be done. We then received our order, but you guessed it, it was wrong. So, we had to go all the way back up there to get the correct order and they gave us the “correct” order “on the house.” The whole thing should have been on the house. We will not be giving our business for the foreseeable future. The situation was handled very poorly. Hope management can fix this and do better.

My wings was really DRY I'll never go back unless they change

Called 4 times before they decided to answer the phone to take my order and once they answered told me to give them a minute, I proceeded to wait 10 minutes, hung up and called again, I called 5 more times and they kept hanging up my call. Don’t go to this location, they’ll treat you poorly.

Great Wing but the service sucked in Hammond Louisiana but every time I go to a meet Louisiana is great service but the one in Hammond everybody was on their cell phone

I ordered Honey Mild, Extra crispy, they were not crispy, the wings were very bland, I was very disappointed, not only were my taste buds not satisfied, i called them to let them know about my order, the only thing they said was sorry, They didn't offer to fix me another batch or refund my money, this will be my last time going, (the fries were good)

kinda of an average wing place, no pop in energy or friendless just the same few regulars talking to staff.

Wings were precooked and not even hot. Totally disappointed 😔

Jaycee was such a wonderful server!! She was very personable and always making sure we were good . Everyone in there was very nice!! Best service I have had in a long time !! Food was hot and delicious!!

I’m so disappointed in the inconsistency of this place lately. Coop used to be one of my absolute favorite spots, but the service has really gone downhill. You never know what you’re going to get anymore. One day it’s cold fries with hot wings, the next it’s the other way around.

Just last night, I ordered food and it was a complete letdown. The BBQ sauce had leaked all over the bottom of the bag, leaving the wings dry and the box a sticky mess. On top of that, the food was cold, and the fries were hard and stale.

It’s frustrating to see a place I used to love become so unreliable. I really hope they get it together, because right now it’s not worth the money or the hassle.
