Wonderful service and atmosphere. Main complaints are quantity and quality. The food is not worth the price. The Blizzard is the only menu item somewhat worth the money.

I don't know where to start, my food wasn't even warm! Wife and I had to ask for the manager to request they microwave our meals so we could enjoy it. No apologies were offered. Oh did I mention our meals were over 20 Dollars. I remember when DQ was the place to eat!

The lady at the window was nice enough but not informative with the blizzard options at all. I received a large "blizzard" with nothing but maybe 3-5 pieces of cheesecake blended in and little-to-no caramel. I am very disappointed and will not be returning. Shrinkflation is a real thing, and they practice it here, apparently.

Hammond, La drive- through: 10/7/2024. They got almost our entire order wrong. My "We don't make cherry chocolate blizzards" blizzard was vanilla ice cream with a few pieces of chocolate. The 'cone cherry dip' was solidified in the cup. I picked out what I could eat on my way to the doctor and took back what remained. The woman who id'd herself as Mgr side-stepped my complaints and a man that she said was Gen Mgr said I could not get a refund because I ate the ice cream. Had they acknowledged their mistake I would have been happy. Don't bother to tell me you wish I would give you/them another chance and go back. Because I won't. Not even on a bet would I go back.

You were out of ingredients that are on your menu. One item even advertised as “new” wasn’t offered any longer. How can you be out of pecans????? My Heath blizzard was the absolute WORST one I’ve ever had. Big hard chunks of ground up toffee and separate slivers of chocolate. The ice cream consistency was not up to DQ standards. I was the only one in drive thru and no cars parked. But took forever to get my blizzard.

They're was a line a mile long. We waited over 25 minutes. They tried to give us melted blizzards. When we asked to have them remade, we got attitude. Then the ice cream was SOUR. We parked. Brought it all inside (6 people in our van). We were told, oh, "he" took the wrong box out. She refunded our purchase. Not so much as an apology. We're never going to the Hammond store again. Very sad, as Sonic no longer offers cones. I wish DQ would get their act together.
