Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Stopped by tonight for a quick dinner on the way home. I was asked to pull forward to wait for my food, which is no problem. After about 2 to 3 minutes, Gergard, the GM, Came out to explain to me what was taking so long, which I respected greatly, the reason for the wait and him coming out to tell me. Because of the wait, he offered to make up for my order which was greatly appreciated, and I accept the offer. At fast food establishments, it’s very Rare to come across customer service like this. Most places couldn’t care less and they will throw the food at you and walk away. Gerard, thank you. And DQ, Gerard cares about your establishment and your customers. Give that man a raise.

If you just so happen to have a craving for some DQ, you have GOT to go to the one in Hammond and see Gerard T.!! Hands down the best DQ we have been to!!
He was super welcoming and made us feel so at home!! Even though they were short staffed, his service (while training a newbie mind you) was superb! It's hard to get that kind of service and atmosphere in any fast food place, but he pulled it off!!

Gone twice this week. Servers gave little care to the customers. I pulled up to the drive thru to order and got bombarded with attitude and snappiness. Look I get it, sometimes work can be stressful, but how come I go two different week days and theres something wrong each time?

Stopped for lunch while traveling through the state. The staff at this location appeared to be struggling. Missing items from our order, the toast was not good or properly toasted, among others. Some of the workers had inadequate customer skills. Also, the AC in the building was not working.

Went to Dairy Queen tonight and ordered a dipped cone. The girl at the window stood there without saying anything to me and texted on her phone for over a solid minute. I ended up leaving. Worst customer service.

Extremely rude taking my order through the drive through and he basically threw the food through my window and took off. They also messed up half the order. Will not eat at this dairy queen again.
