HORRIBLE - Waited over an hour for pizza delivery, they delivered to someone down the road from me, they took the food, we waived down the driver got ignored, called to tell them what’s wrong their excuse is we have been “busy” offered to send us another pizza but wait time was 45 mins. this happens way TOO often

The management at this store doesn’t give an inch of customer support. I’ve literally driven to the next town when able, to give them my money instead. The Hammond La store is a joke. One time my pizza was nothing but a bunch of popped air bubbles that took up 75% of a pizza and they delivered it anyway and then gave me an attitude when I brought it back. Another time they delivered the incorrect order to me. When I called and told them, they said that I would have to bring the pizza up to the store to make things right even though it was delivered and I got it delivered because my wife had the car that night. I told them I didn’t have the car at the moment and the manager pretty much told me that I would just have to deal with it. Recently, I placed the order once again for delivery then realized I forgot to add one pizza so I called the store to add another pizza to it and they wanted me to pay a separate delivery charge even though my first order was put in only two minutes prior to me, calling about the second one. I tried to talk to the manager and say it’s the same customer. It’s the same house. I just forgot to add a pizza to the first order. They proceeded to tell me that that was not their problem. This particular Domino’s really gives off the vibe that they don’t have a single care in the world about the customers satisfaction. I used to work for Domino’s before I had a family and I know for a fact that if regional or any higher up management was in the building, they would never be treating a customer like that.

They charge me for a pizza and don't have a receipt, I ask for a refund and they don't have a receipt to know if they returned my money, I never come to this place again, I had to call the police to get my refund.

My pizza was cold and burnt on the end very little topping. I ordered a meat lover with Bone in wings. The wings weren’t done with very little buffalo sauce. I had to put them in the air fryer once I made it home I was very disappointed..

I live in an apartment complex andI did not receive my delivery order. I contacted the store and the so called manager on duty was really rude when the only thing I attempted to do was let them know I did not receive it. I got the phone hung up in my face a was told I was yelling. I am appalled and disgusted. I just was trying to make dinner easy after a long day at work. So disappointing.

Ordered a pizza online. 35 minutes later the app says delivered. So I check around to see if delivered to the wrong address. I called the store and the rude individual says the driver grabbed the wrong pizza and just left the store. NOW, its 45 minutes since pizza was made and the driver delivered it cold. As im on the phone with the store, she refused to tell the manager that it was cold. Then says, he'll make me another one and send it back. Now im supposed to wait another 30 minutes for a pizza?!
Everyone there today should be FIRED!

My order was hot and fresh as I started eating the pizza I noticed an extremely long hair inside my pizza. I immediately stopped eating and called Domino's they are sending me a replacement pizza and I'm sitting here waiting on it now. All fast food chains should make it mandatory to wear hairnets to prevent this from happening to others.
