Pulled up with my prepaid order#. Couldn't locate me in the system.... the pizza was literally not cooked. Bacon was so rubbery, it was nearly impossible to pull apart. No stars if possible....
Placed a $50 order this evening. Get home and my Carbonara pasta bread bowl doesn't have any pasta in it not the bread bowl. I call the store to see about getting it fixed. First employee puts me on hold and hangs up. Second time I call and ask for the manager. She offered a store credit. Ok cool. I ask how can I be assured I can use this credit next time I order because we always order online. She tells me I have to call the store after I place my next order. Again ok cool so I ask her name so I'm not looking crazy when I call for my credit and she replied "I'm not giving you my name" and hangs up the phone. So again how am I supposed to be assured I have a $10 credit when the manager won't even give me her name to use as reference? I'm very upset this is the way y'all do business. Times are hard, all I was asking for was y'all wrong to be corrected

Horrible service. Took two hours. Pizza was not worth the wait. I normally love this chain but this location took too long two hours is too much for a mediocre pizza. And to be $40 for one pizza and a cheesy bread.
The pizza was awesome but it was getting cold because we ordered curbside and we had to remind them to bring it to us after waiting an hour.

I ordered online at 11:30 and they close at 12. And my order was canceled just for a cheese bread. Why doesn't the sign at 11:30 if there's no more orders being taken.
