Frozen custard was excellent; however, I had a banana split, it was served in a cup like all of the other Sundays. I would have liked a more traditional banana split boat.

It was nice to bring kids to an ice cream parlor. Service could be improved, but that has a lot to say about management.

Super cute diner style vibes dessert place. Has drive thru. So good. Concrete is my favorite. I get vanilla Concrete with chocolate chip cookie dough and shot of chocolate fudge. Your welcome!

Not sure if the employees were overwhelmed but service and snowballs were horrible. Unfortunately this was my first time I ever tried here and won't be back . The very top of snowball had flavor only the rest was just ice .

Eddie’s has GREAT smooth custard ice cream BUT for the life of me they do not offer smaller sizes in their “Specialty Sundaes”. Not everyone needs that amount of sweet treats. Offer smaller sizes and see what happens JS! As far as the atmosphere it could be painted more happy color verses grey and blue kinda boring bc it’s supposed to be a fun place to get sweet treats! Add some plants outside too make ya place look alive. Just my opinion take it how it resonates ?

Wheelchair accessibility: You can get into Eddie’s with a wheelchair, pull up to a table and there is also handicap parking.

The young girls working need to learn how to treat customers and leave their nasty attitudes at home.

The only negative I have is I wish there was more places to sit inside. The ice cream is always fresh and I love tasting the flavor!
