Pricing is worth it, me and my father went inside after a long day of work and was greeted with a warm welcome. The gentleman taking my order was very nice and friendly and even recommended what was best for 2 people. After placing my order and waiting patiently I got my order and not only was it fast but it was one of, if not the best food I’ve tried. And it only got better. The gentleman that took my order came up to our table to see if everything was made right and if we had any problems! Which we did not, I have not had an experience like this in a while and I’m glad they’re still restaurant like this. The gentleman check on all the customers and was very helpful. 10/10 experience and whoever runs this restaurant should be proud of their workers! Very nice environment to brings your family or friends with you. See you again soon!!!

I tried using you guys for DoorDash.And you guys got my order right but you guys forgot french fries which I know is a silly thing to make a comment about but it's a very simple thing that you guys are known for and you forgot them and you still charged me for them through doordash

We drive specifically 30 miles to come and get dinner here because we love it. I never leave reviews but hopefully changes can be made. 1. Had yo ask twice for peanut boat when ample amount of workers standing around joking with each other. 2. I didn't order onions and there was an onion taste as well as no ketchup was put on. 3 wet condiments were put on husband's bottom bun causing it to fall apart before 2nd bite. 4. Drink machines empty of specific drinks( not being refilled. 5. Drink machines disgusting. 6. Ketchup empty. 7. Ketchup packets gross with sticky substance spilled all over. 8. Counters not being maintained and dirty. 9 no napkins at all given. This is clearly a staff issue seemed just a general non caring. (Not all the staff of course). Maybe need some more management oversight. 12/14/2024at 4:08:40 hopefully this isn't a trend.
The employees are just rude. The ladies snatch the money from me at the front counter, and there was a man when my daughter went to go get peanuts. He told her that is for paying customers. We already paid for our food and I said she was with me. He caught an attitude said OK we just don’t want. Nobody stealing our peanuts, that is so rude and disrespectful. It happened today around 1:00-1:30 That is not how customer service should ever be

Ordered Single Cheese Burger only, with Ketchup and mustard only. Got down the road and found that I had so much Ketchup and mustard I couldn't taste the Burger. It was everywhere??? Not cool guys!

It pains me to be negative but last night we ate at Five Guys after traveling the first part of the day then working until almost 9:00 pm without eating. I realize it was late but they stay open until 10:00 pm. If your open then there is no excuse to serve nasty fries. My fries were cold, greasy, and had definitely been sitting around to long. The burger was good but people really Five Guys needs to figure out who deserves to work for them & who doesn’t. The young guy who doesn’t care what he serves needs to go. Keeping fries fresh means out with the old in with the new. Take time to drop some fresh fries and get the oil off. At home we place them in paper towels to absorb oil before serving. It’s a shame I was looking forward to fresh fries with malt vinegar but instead fries went strait to the garbage.

Great burgers if you want to take out a second mortgage for them. One of those places that, unfortunately, I rarely frequent unless someone else is buying. Still, if your pockets are deep it IS a great burger. Messy and greasy as they should be. Hot dogs and fries are good, too.
