The employees are just rude. The ladies snatch the money from me at the front counter, and there was a man when my daughter went to go get peanuts. He told her that is for paying customers. We already paid for our food and I said she was with me. He caught an attitude said OK we just don’t want. Nobody stealing our peanuts, that is so rude and disrespectful. It happened today around 1:00-1:30 That is not how customer service should ever be

Ordered Single Cheese Burger only, with Ketchup and mustard only. Got down the road and found that I had so much Ketchup and mustard I couldn't taste the Burger. It was everywhere??? Not cool guys!

It pains me to be negative but last night we ate at Five Guys after traveling the first part of the day then working until almost 9:00 pm without eating. I realize it was late but they stay open until 10:00 pm. If your open then there is no excuse to serve nasty fries. My fries were cold, greasy, and had definitely been sitting around to long. The burger was good but people really Five Guys needs to figure out who deserves to work for them & who doesn’t. The young guy who doesn’t care what he serves needs to go. Keeping fries fresh means out with the old in with the new. Take time to drop some fresh fries and get the oil off. At home we place them in paper towels to absorb oil before serving. It’s a shame I was looking forward to fresh fries with malt vinegar but instead fries went strait to the garbage.

Great burgers if you want to take out a second mortgage for them. One of those places that, unfortunately, I rarely frequent unless someone else is buying. Still, if your pockets are deep it IS a great burger. Messy and greasy as they should be. Hot dogs and fries are good, too.

These guys literally stole my money. No way to refund an online order??? I called a few times and the employees tell me they will put something in to head quarters. I called the customer support and put in a Custer server forum. Still.no resolution a week later. 30 bucks just gone. Give me back my money!!!!!

Last night while out with my family we decided to get Five Guys. This was my first time there. I liked that the restaurant was so clean and the staff was so nice. Everyone there gave superior service. The hamburgers are worth every penny spent. They were juicy, piping hot, and the toppings were garden fresh. Everything was so delicious. If you want a real gourmet burger this is the place to go. It was like going back in time when things were done right and with pride. One thing I thought was cute was they had a place where children and the young at heart could draw and hang their artwork in the restaurant. My daughter took full advantage of this. The finishing touch to this evening I enjoyed, were the peanuts at the door you can take home with you. It was truly an "All American" experience. Five Guys, Its like a little piece of heaven on earth.

Went there yesterday they wayyyyy over seasoned the fries and the youngster Was playing with my food after I paid for it , I left the 15% tip as I was paying for the order but honestly shouldn’t have

Sylvia and Dejaun, and Quentin all are amazing and great customer service. They took care of me when it was almost closing time and did not have to, but they went out of their way to make sure that I had something to eat with great customer service and the food was great.

The best burgers. Made fresh each time and those fries. Is there any fries ? better. The staff is really nice and they are pretty quick even though they make everything fresh to order. I highly recommend them. A little pricey so be prepared but worth it.
