Golden Corral Buffet & Grill

I haven't been to Golden corral in years. So we figured we would swing in just out of nostalgia. There wasn't very many options. So not as we expected. They had a whole bar missing out the center. But our waitress was fantastic. Definitely deserves the tips that she works for. The environment wasn't hostile or anything. Just a usual buffet kind of atmosphere.
But all around, the only reason I rated it so low, was literally because there wasn't very much on the buffet.

Food quality is very poor I used to enjoy Golden Carrol but it has definitely gone down hill I will never come to this location the one in McComb Mississippi is a lot better

The price isn't listed on the website and was updated since the pictures that were previously posted. Lunch pricing the Tuesday that I went after taxes was $14.35 + $3 tip

Seems like the quality of the food here is going down, a lot of things are dried out, some unidentifiable, the desserts are all frozen and shipped in. I don't know if they are still baking cookies inhouse.

Why is this open ?

We went for the breakfast buffet. It wasn’t bad. It was decent priced and a lot of options. Wish it was labeled a tad better but hey it was a good experience.

I am a true believer in good food. This Golden Corral has out done the others. I left uncomfortably full, but still with the feeling of sadness because I could not eat and try more that was offered. This location has more variety than most of the others. There are two bakers that will rock your taste buds. The desserts are top notch.

Great Service I love their fried chicken it’s real food

Typical chain buffet. Went for breakfast. It was very mid. Best thing I had was a strawberry hibiscus juice. Server was friendly and mostly attentive although I could tell the difference in service given to her regulars vs myself. Not enough to say I felt under-served though. Other locations have better tasting/presented spreads. I'll likely visit one of those instead in the future.
