Semi trucks can park at the Pilot a few blocks away and Uber to Golden Corral. Too dangerous to walk. 3 lanes one way. I have eaten here around 5 times. I am from out of town. I can say the food was fresh, got, delicious. Service was great. 1 time a server wasn't attentive. My rating will NOT reflect that. Her tip did. The other times, they were clearing tables, sweeping messy ppl sitting areas. The cashier has always been smiling and great too. We made a day trip out to Hammond specifically to visit Golden Corral for the first time and we loved it! The parking lot was chaotic, but it didn't take long until we were inside and enjoying the food. Mashed potatoes, ham hock and beans, fried fish, melted cheese, vegetables, shrimp, fried okra, at least a dozen desserts and more—the list goes on and we weren't able to try it all because there was just so many options. The country-style cooking was a great change of pace over the usual Chinese buffets and fast food joints. The food was good, and the interior was clean and inviting. For $12.99 per person, it's a steal. We'll be back for sure.

Food was good guy cooking the steaks is top notch only issue was blonde had a party and had to get another waitress to wait on me it's funny how your are ignored until it's time to leave and you go to leave a tip. I personally give the tip to the one who waited on me.

I took kids out for dinner on friday night, their choice; they didnt even like anything they had it. Note what they picked are there normal every day Items they eat. Food was bland, service wasnt friendly didnt ask if we wanted a refill on drinks. I tried the banana pudding normally that was the best thing it tasted like it was a few days old. We wont be back at this location at all.

It's Golden Coral, what more do I need to say. Food was less than mediocre, waitress was great. $42 for my wife and I. Not really worth it.

We are delighted to express our sincere appreciation for the professional and cheerful staff at this location. They efficiently prepared our food for pick-up and demonstrated exceptional kindness on a busy Christmas Day. Thank you all. We we're happily surprised that we got the entire turkey with a huge meal that on under $120. Tons of rolls. 4 huge sides. Gravy. Huge turkey. Pie. Great service.
