The staff is always very nice, but on this visit, one of our cookies had a long hair wrapped around it.

Store was clean and the staff was nice. Cookies were fresh and yummy

I haven't had a bad experience here yet and the cookies are yummy. Kudos to the young lady who served me last night. I thought they had fountain drinks but only bottles. I'm unable to open these and she was kind enough to do it for me. Thank you!!

This was the best thing I’ve ever put in my mouth. The sugar cookies AND the salted caramel were both AMAZING. I’d upload a picture too but they were gone instantly. If you haven’t tried this place…omg. Go…it’s worth it.

I’ve been ordering since they opened here in Hammond, and I am never disappointed!! Always warm, fresh, and delicious. I usually get delivery and I am always so impressed with how well it’s handled and the great customer service! Insomnia is just better than every other cookie place around, even Crumbl!

Customer service was bad, cookies are never fresh, every time I go there, cookies are old and rock hard, 15-20 min wait for fresh cookie. LSU LOCATION IS WAY BETTER. They need to do better and have fresh cookie or have a set time to bake fresh cookies instead of having customers wait 20min for cookies. I won’t recommend going there any time of the day. GO TO CRUMBLE COOKIES INSTEAD.

I have become hooked on these cookies. The peanut butter chip is so dang good!!! The cookies have been very consistent until my visit today. The cashier took a while to come out front to greet me and the young man who was there before me. The cookies were a bit overbaked and not as moist as previous visits. I'm hoping that is just a onetime occurrence.
