It’s a great environment every time I come in! Everyone is always so helpful. Cookies are phenomenal and customer service is fantastic
Team is always amazing whenever I come in! I’m can never make up my mind on what I want because everything taste so good that I usually need help choosing what I want!
Clean and they have nice flavors. I wish they would keep more of the limited edition flavors in stock and bring back the campfire cookie

I haven't had a bad experience here yet and the cookies are yummy. Kudos to the young lady who served me last night. I thought they had fountain drinks but only bottles. I'm unable to open these and she was kind enough to do it for me. Thank you!!

This was the best thing I’ve ever put in my mouth. The sugar cookies AND the salted caramel were both AMAZING. I’d upload a picture too but they were gone instantly. If you haven’t tried this place…omg. Go…it’s worth it.

I’ve been ordering since they opened here in Hammond, and I am never disappointed!! Always warm, fresh, and delicious. I usually get delivery and I am always so impressed with how well it’s handled and the great customer service! Insomnia is just better than every other cookie place around, even Crumbl!
