Love jimmy johns food but why am I being asked to tip twice ? I placed an order online for pickup and it asked for a tip and then when I came to pickup they brought out a machine to ask again if I wanted to tip I think that’s not only rude but extremely tacky. Pay your employees a good wage and stop harassing customers to tip.

We are former Jimmy Johns owners and GM’s who had an incredible experience at this store. Ash, the assistant manager was as personable as good be. She made sure our sandwiches were made perfectly, showed me better and more cost effective for my sons sandwich and smiled and welcomed us with enthusiasm. My fave is #2! The quality of food is amazing and servers are so friendly and accommodating when it comes to food allergies. They have an allergen menu on their website and follow food safety regulations wonderfully! I loved the atmosphere with the signs all around, so authentic! Im definitely a regular!
