My husband was in there this evening. Absolutely the best service EVER. She went above and beyond to give the best customer service . We never mind waiting on food, we want that grease to run down my arm when we take a bite. He was getting a pot pie (delicious) and a dinner. Thank you again.
Dietary restrictions: I have Gastroparesis and their pot pie is perfect, never bothers me.

Food is never ready. Multiple people waiting. I ordered ahead and still am being told to pull into the parking lot. This is supposed to be new management but it is the same junk we have always had to deal with. KFC is my preference over any other chicken stores but I can't enjoy it in my own town!! I have to go out of town to get good KFC and I'm so tired of it!!! Hire new people or something but this has to stop!! Store looks abandoned and not taken care like this is just ridiculous!

Avoid at all costs. Always loved KFC. Someone warned me not to come to this location. I decided they were over reacting and came anyway. Waited forever for someone to take my order. They got the order wrong. Still not a deal breaker. I was on lunch break. Got back to work to finally eat my lunch and every single piece of chicken was raw and pink/red on the inside . Health board needs to shut them down

Parking: The chicken pot pie is delicious, just have them cook it. ? I bought 4 to freeze. You'll not have it turn out as good as they do ?
i’ve had so many issues with this location and today they beyond made me mad. if your store doesn’t have food turn the mobile app off. now i have to wait for this payment to go through and then get a refund ??

Management needs to take classes in providing good customer service. I had high hopes when I saw signs that said under new management but this place is horrible! The manager working at the Hammond La location on Morrison, Tuesday 7/2/24 at 6pm was the rudest and most unprofessional person I've ever seen. What place of business leaves a line of customers in the drive thru and ignores them, then when you drive to the window after waiting over 15 minutes refuses to take your order because there is a wait for chicken. Only to come back when they are ready to start taking orders again to tell you they can't take your order at the window and you will have to get back in line. How about telling the customer when they first get there how long the wait will be and let them decide if it's worth the wait or even better tell the customer about no window orders before you let them sit and wait 30 minutes for you to decide you can start taking orders again. Owners beware your "New Management" will be putting you out of business with this type of service!
DO NOT GO HERE. We ordered our food through the app at 6pm, went to pick it up immediately as we only live 5 minutes from the location. Restaurant rudely stated they were closed upon pickup of our order. When we asked why the app stated our order was ready, we were RUDELY told by the unprofessional young girl at the drive through "I know what the app says, but I said we closed, so oh well, go have yourself a nice day." Even better, they have a sign outside the restaurant stating it's "Under New Management." If this is the "new management," then I don't even want to guess as to what the old one was like! Will take my business back to Raising Cane's!
Worst customer service. Under new management and same chappy service. Been eating kfc since I could walk, since this is the last 1 in the area, I'm done with them.
