Hi so every since the new general manager took over the store seems to be falling apart they are not sealing the DoorDash orders at all and the manger got mad at me just now because I corrected him not only that but they are not in proper uniform I will be reaching out to Louisiana workforce commission office asap first thing Monday morning because something has to be done not only that but they have not been putting the right things in my bag as well they have been using and touching food without gloves and everything so please be aware that this will not be push to the side and I will do everything in my ability to get something done.

Waited in the drive through for 15 minutes, did not have any chicken, chicken tenders, or chicken breasts. Waited another 20 minutes for tenders to be finished, eventually just drove off because I got tired of looking at all the crackheads walking around the parking lot.

They didn't have any ice. An they wasn't trying to let us know either. The pieces of chicken strips was so small. An the portion of the side order was extremely small. As though they was on the last of it.

I saw that they were under new management so I decided to try them again. New management did not help. The chicken had a strange flavor. I ordered all dark meat and got a mix including white meat. This should not be that hard to get right. If this location is how KFC is now, I can’t see it surviving.

This is a god KFC, we came at 10 for breakfast (my son wanted fried chicken) and the chicken was already cooked and hot, we didn’t even wait. I will definitely stop here again when travel to New Orleans .
