If you're in Hammond, LA, Lee's Diner is a must-visit. This place has been around forever, and there's no doubt that their consistent quality is why they’ve stood the test of time.
Our server, Brad, was outstanding—he didn’t miss a beat! His attentiveness made our dining experience even better.
During our visit, my girlfriend ordered a salad—it was massive, so big she had to take some home! I opted for the shrimp and tasso fettuccine, which was absolutely delicious and came with perfectly toasted garlic bread.
If you have a sweet tooth, their ice cream sundaes and banana splits are legendary. But beware—it's tough to stick to a diet here with their tempting options, like juicy burgers and crispy fries.
Whether you're a local or just visiting the area, Lee's Diner is worth a stop for great food, fantastic service, and a taste of Hammond's charm!

We really enjoy coming here for American classic foods. All their food feels home cooked and their desserts are amazing.!
Great local diner! The atmosphere is exactly what you would expect from a diner back in the day. The food is absolutely delicious and a great value for the amount you get! Our server Brad was AMAZING, and made our experience even better. He was attentive, professional, and had a great sense of humor. While waiting on us, he was taking care of an entire table of 12, and didn't miss a beat. PLEASE KEEP HIM. We've been a few times, and will DEFINITELY be returning for many more!

Food is good. Wait staff extremely inattentive to patrons and pretty much just stand around at the counter gossiping until some calls them or flags down. Lots of room for improvement on service and customer service.

Food was good. Little sad breakfast wasn’t all day like most diners but my burger was good and for a large group on a Saturday the wait wasn’t bad.

Very disappointed. Ordered a burger, $14.28 1st small bite raw. Was told I'd be reimbursed, as it was a cash pickup order, couldn't remove charge from a card. Arrangements made,, to send burger back and them send my cash via messenger. Then told no via messenger. Now owner supposed to call me. I'm not holding my breath. One of our breakfast go tos' and tip we above what is automatically added to the bill if over 8 people in party. If resolved properly I'll amend review where needed, if needed. BTW, I eat my steak medium rare, I know the difference between raw, rare, medium rare, medium on all meats.
Never disappoints! We arrived for breakfast at 10am on Thursday, only a handful of people there. Omelette was so good and fresh. Food came out quickly but not too quick. We were even thanked for four 'happy plates'!

I Lisa Williams I worked at Lee's for 8 years I was let go because the Manager Willie accused me of stealing..I had corn dog and fries I was eating my food but I choose to take Duck some at Superking because he's my friend..when we get a meal we don't pay for our food until the shift ends but Willie didn't even give me time before the shift was over to pay for the food before he tried to accuse me of stealing long as I have been working for Lee's I have never stole nothing from them! If I would have did it I would have took my lick but God knows I didn't steal anything! And I will see them in court because you just can't put theft on a person name and get away with it!!! I Believe I was a victim of racism you just can't say I stole something because I'm a black woman trying to make an honest living it was JUST WRONG!!!
