A trip back in time. It is not a fast food restaurant as one might believe as it is in a old car hop restaurant.
The burgers are big, fresh and cooked to perfection (order).
Always good food!
Had the triple decker sandwich. Very tasty and a bit messy. Have napkins handy. Friendly waitress and staff.
Our waitress was really great! The food was really good too! We will go back when in the area for sure. We had onion rings and we had burgers, everything was great.
This isn't my first time coming here. I was craving a morning burger, and this was the perfect place to get one.
I ordered it at the window, and my wait wasn't long. It gave me a lunchroom burger vibe from school. I wasn't a big fan of the ones in school, but in my junior and senior year of high school, I really learned to appreciate them!! It isn't like the ones at those fancy modern-day burger joints, so don't expect it! It's just a good old-fashioned one with good flavor. The fries were hot and fresh, and the service was good!
Amazing place! Genuine atmosphere. Superb service. Excellent food!
Nice diner, with Greek menu options. Portions were really big! As soon as you walk in you see a glass case of mouth watering deserts. The chicken gyro could have used some tomatoes and other garnishes. It was just chicken, pita break, and tzatziki. Otherwise everything tasted great. Check it out if you are in the area
I stopped here twice a week for breakfast while in Houston. Friendly staff and meal always came out on time even with a busy crowd in the morning/lunch rush
Burgers taste frozen . Something I should expect to get from a concession stand rather than a drive in atmosphere such as Lee’s. Had hair on the Patty melt that we ordered. Fries was cold. Only thing that was good was the sweet tea and the ranch. Very disappointed will not be back.
Had the “BIG Daddy” It was Awesome and service was great!!! Worth the trip from Denham WILL BE BACK

If you're in Hammond, LA, Lee's Diner is a must-visit. This place has been around forever, and there's no doubt that their consistent quality is why they’ve stood the test of time.
Our server, Brad, was outstanding—he didn’t miss a beat! His attentiveness made our dining experience even better.
During our visit, my girlfriend ordered a salad—it was massive, so big she had to take some home! I opted for the shrimp and tasso fettuccine, which was absolutely delicious and came with perfectly toasted garlic bread.
If you have a sweet tooth, their ice cream sundaes and banana splits are legendary. But beware—it's tough to stick to a diet here with their tempting options, like juicy burgers and crispy fries.
Whether you're a local or just visiting the area, Lee's Diner is worth a stop for great food, fantastic service, and a taste of Hammond's charm!

Food was delicious, but it was freezing in that place owner did not have the heater on. Customer say he does not put it on.
