This was my second time ever in any lit pizza. The first time I really wouldn't even count it I didn't order my own pizza and stuff. However this place was amazing The customer service excellent.. I'm a picky person especially with my pizza.. Alastar, was VERY nice. She helped me create the exact pizza that I wanted. I really appreciated the customer service She gave me. She went above and beyond and made my experience and pizza exactly as I requested! Love comes out the oven They bring it to another station ..where you can have several different things added to your pizza/Calzone. You can also get a cup ( on the side) THEY SURE NAMED THIS RESTAURANT THE RIGHT NAME LIT IT'S L.I.T. 🔥🔥🔥🔥
There's only one thing I need to remember the next time I go to any lit is to ask them to keep my pizza in the oven for about 3 more minutes cuz I like the bottom to be a little bit crispy. Other than that I highly suggest this location
All employees were WERE Very nice Smiling and professional. The restaurant was very clean, and nice place for any occasion.
Every time I have gone in I have been met with very polite and energetic staff. The pizza is always made with fresh ingredients and for my wife and I we spend less than 30 including drinks. Always our go to for take out pizza

Wow. I ordered pizza and a salad through Uber Eats. Unbelievably good pizza. Generous toppings and cooked to perfection. Great flavor throughout. The salad was great. Delivery was on time and the driver was courteous. Will definitely eat here again next time I am in town.

My friend placed an order to be ready at 5:00pm. Upon arrival she was not greeted and was actively ignored until she walked from the online pick-up section to the register where the employees so kindly decided to step away from their chit chat and tend to a customer. My friend asked to cancel the order since it was nowhere to be seen in the pick up section and the manager then pointed, did not use his words, to a stack of pizzas on a counter. She was in the establishment for about 15 minutes before she was even spoken to and we had to put our pizzas in the oven at home so they’d be warm. Disappointing truly.

Place an order for pick up at 5 PM walked in at 5PM. Stood there for at least 10 minutes waiting for someone at the pickup spot. When I noticed my name wasn’t down for any of the sheets coming out of the oven I asked if I could cancel my order because I placed it at five then a guy pointed to a shelf me where my three pizzas have been sitting there as I had been waiting infront of the online order pickup. There were two girls sitting there just talking at the oven looked at me multiple times. Never asked if I had a pick up order, if I was just waiting, what my name was nothing. usually, I get very good service and have even spoken to the manager there before, but today was unbelievable. If I hadn’t said something about canceling my order, I would’ve been waiting there another 20 minutes while my food was sitting there.

We went to eat there today. As usual, the food was excellent, but the service was outstanding. Charlie was very kind and courteous, and he assisted us. I discovered that he was the manager when I went to tip him. Instead of keeping this tip to himself, he asked if he could share it with his team. I found out that he was a new manager who was retraining all of the staff in customer service. I saw his staff being friendly and cooperating to support one another, and I'm excited to come back for another delicious pizza and first-rate service.
Food is consistently good. Excellent customer service in the event there is an issue. Food is very reasonably priced.

I can’t eat pizza normally due to my health, but lit pizza’s cauliflower crust is a life-savor that allows me to eat my favs again. I love the craft-your-own pizzas so I can create my favorite pizza for a good price!!!

This was my second time trying pizza here. My first time was ages ago. I placed an online order for a few topping pizza. I had my little ones with me and was not able to get out of my car to go inside to get the order. The staff kindly accommodated me and was able to walk out my order for me. Pizza was hot and fresh, and absolutely delicious.

I was worried at first glance because it was only 3 under 22year old young adults in there. But they were so nice and friendly 10/10 personality but the food TRASH!!! I ate two bites and had to throw it away. The sauce for the pizza was tomato sauce cornstarch salt and maybe pepper. Taste to me.... My order for 2 pizza unlimited toppings was 26$ i would have been satisfied if i could eat it but the only flavor was from the veggies.
