They are fast and sweet staff. I wish the crust was thicker but that's why they can cook it so fast. The bread sticks are amazing. Best way to explain it is it's like a Subway for Pizza . Endless combinations.

The food was delicious and the atmosphere authentic. Their pizza sauce and crust is absolutely yummy! However, the staff needs to be seriously better trained on food allergies & how to prevent cross contamination. My server did not accommodate me and looked like he had no clue what he was doing, which I ended up severely sick later. I dont know if I will be back. Please Lit Pizza do better! And make sure you inform the staff that they must wash their hands, use clean utensils, and use separate sauce & dairy free, gluten free cheese, otherwise situations like mine will be more frequent!

I ordered the same pizza, same way as always. Ramona made it and it was 100% Better ! I couldn't get over the difference. Had to go get her name and let her know. She put everything together with such edge to edge care and evenly spread. It made a remarkable improvement. I will be looking for Ramona to make mine again.

When I first started going, I was always impressed with the food and service. The last couple of times I have been were just mediocre. And the very last time was it for me. I walked in at 9:32, and yes, I know they close at 10, but isn't that what your closing time is for? I walked in and stood there as a lady hollered for someone to come from the back and kept doing what she was doing. No, hello or welcome. She hollered again. the guy came this time. He was happy to do my order until it was something they had already put away, and he claimed they were out of it. I said I would get something else then. Miraculously, they had some. Meanwhile, an online order comes in. Another lady, not the one hollering, is so upset another order has come in. She is stating how ridiculous it is and throwing things. As I waited, I was so uncomfortable I decided I would never be back. I got my husband and I the super lit calzone, and both were burnt on the bottom. It's what we both get all the time but never had a burnt one, but like I said, it has gotten worse every time I have returned. We ate what we could and took it as a loss but not happy one of our favorite places to eat is now not even somewhere we want to go.

The pizza surpassed its already quite appealing appearance with an even more delightful taste. Romona and the entire staff provided excellent service. Looking forward to returning soon – thanks again for the fantastic pizzas!
This place needs more business!! The staff was so amazing and helpful when I was checking out my to go order, and the man who made it personally checked with me to make sure my pizza was satisfactory before I paid! I’d give them 6 stars if I could!!

I have been to many lit pizzas in Baton Rouge and Gonzales and this one, by far is the worst. I asked for spinach, then cheese and then pepperoni. Each topping the guy barely put any on it. When I’d ask for more I got the rolling of his eyes. Then he told me to put pepperoni under cheese instead of being crispy on top. Told me it would mess up their ovens and that the pepperoni would just fall off. I’ve been going to Lit since they opened by the college on Burbank. I really hate that this has happened in my own home town but don’t want to have to go back to a place where I have to beg that the cheese covers the sauce, that I get more than 4 leaves of spinach etc.I don’t want to cost anyone their job but this is just not cool. I only asked one time for extra on each topping and got the eyes rolled at me each time.I can’t believe that Ozzi allows this. This is not how I was treated at any other Lit.I do hope this changes soon because Lit gets alot of my $

Went previously and it tasted great. Whoever made it this most recent time had an extremely heavy hand with everything but the meat. The crust is 1/8 inch thick and had 1/4 inch of just cheese on top. I ordered a 2+ topping with Peperoni, 2 cheeses and Roasted garlic. Each piece of pizza had an entire bulb of roasted garlic on it instead of a bulb spread around the entire pizza. I threw this away after removing the garlic and forcing 2 pieces down.
