Gotta be honest, I used Grok to give me a restaurant suggestion. Boy did I get what I asked for. My prompt was simple. “Lively restaurant frequented by locals”. It was that and more. I entered the dining room to find an elderly couple and a young couple with kids. Since I was traveling solo, I made my way back to the bar. First great service. Second, if you want a grilled porkchop, then look no further. It's as good as it gets. I know they are laughing at me as I knaw on the bone, but it's so good.
Great and consistent food in Hammond, Louisiana. I can always bank on getting a good experience. I dine here often and I’m never disappointed. The food is always good and fresh. The staff is always sweet and attentive.
