Food was cold. Tortilla on breakfast burrito was so hard I tore it off to eat the sausage and eggs but all that was in it was eggs. Sausage on muffin tasted off, next day was throwing up. I would've went back but I was traveling. Worst ever mcdonalds, never go again.

We were waiting in the drive through line and when we finally got to the speaker all the person on the other end would say is “one minute”…. Well after about 10 of those we went elsewhere. Neither lane in the drive through was moving and nobody was in front of is. Very unprofessional and a royal waste of our time. Why is it that every night around 1:30 - 2 am the person taking orders always say “I’ll be right with you” and then I’ll proceed to wait 20 minutes for no answer and I end up having to leave .

I ordered chicken nuggets and they didn’t give me my sauce. When I went to get my sauce there was no one at the register. (There was no one at the registers in general) I waited for probably a minute before they even noticed I was there. When I finally got their attention, they acted like I had just asked for a free meal. They have very bad attitudes and subpar food. Every little detail was just wrong. Old warmed up fries served with no ketchup, too little condiments on my cheeseburger, no hand sanitizer in the dispenser by the door, no drink machine to refill drinks, and a dirty dining area. This is why I never go to McDonald’s. Always a let down.

I went through the drive through. Staff was friendly and food was quick and correct. This is why there is a 5 ⭐. I was shocked to see a note on the drive through window that urged customers to contact the manager directly with issues. This screams micro management. Those poor employees! Looking at a lot of these reviews "poor management" is mentioned a number of times. Your employees are not the issue! I texted the number and said that I had a great experience with the employees and my text went unanswered days later!
Worst drive through in Hammond. Long wait time 30+ minutes is average. Even when you are first in line. Screwed up my order the last three times. Poor leadership. Poor service. Need a new team of management for sure.

I visited this McDonald’s about two days ago. There was a rude young man that was a manager look like he was running circles around the whole store (he didn’t know what he was doing ) . It took 49 minutes for me to get my food. Smh Don’t go to this McDonald’s if Tim is there . He had a nasty attitude towards his employees and the customers. Needs to be fired immediately.

Tonight, my husband and I decided to grab a late night meal at this location. We were greeted properly before placing our orders and asked if we wanted to order anything additional, and the orders were repeated back to us for accuracy, before telling us the total. Additionally, upon arriving at the payment window, we were greeted by a very nice young man, named Terrance (I hope this is how he spells his name). He was taking orders, working the window, and preparing our food. Moreover, he maintained a professional and friendly demeanor while doing so.Terrance, if you read this review, I commend you for your being professional and kind.This young man deserves a promotion.

I rate this Walmart 4 for food 2 on service and 2 on atmosphere reason being the food comes out mediocre but not too bad service sucks because the staff that I have a friendly attitude when he's serving you and the atmosphere is downright disgusting 50% they are not clean half the time you go in there and then if you ask them or you let them know that certain parts of the story is not clean they will not stop what they're doing to try to correct it. So overall I'm only giving them a 3
